I would run far away from Belmont Dentistry. After a routine cleaning, they suggested I get 2 crowns to be proactive. Well they got a bit too close to my nerve on one of the crowns which caused extreme inflammation (my endodontists said he has never seen such an inflamed nerve before which was caused by Belmont) and after 2 follow up appointments with Belmont and them saying it must be my gums and me not properly flossing, I took matters into my own hands and found an endodontist. Because of the "preventative" crown I got at Belmont, I had to get a root canal because of the procedure they did to me. Honestly, I was in some of the worst pain of my life and after 2 follow ups at Belmont and them saying it was my inflamed gums, I would never trust them again.
They costed me an extra $1,500 (ontop of the $2,000 I paid for my "preventative" crowns) and multiple weeks of cronic pain (I had to take 5-8 advils a day just to sleep through the night). It was all caused by Belmont and I would never go back there. There is a reason their pricing is very high, its to pay for their fancy technology and unfortunately their dental expertise is just not there.
I understand there are a lot of great reviews but I would do your due diligence so you don't end up like me. Run far away from Belmont Dentistry.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Angela B.Phoenix, AZ01Oct 5, 2023
Don't go here. It's been maybe a year and they created pain I have never had before. Told me to come in for a 5th visit for the problem and they would redo a filling for free(still having issues with both sides). I guess that was nice but after not fixing something that many times, absolutely lost trust and went to a different dental office. I haven't gone back and still deal with issues from that place.

This is probably one of the best dentists I have been to. You're welcomed right away by staff when you enter with a smile and helping hand.
The interior is clean, modern and gives you a nice feel at home vibe. Every chair has a tv to distract you if needed. Staff is very helpful and is detailed in explaining the situation to where you understand. There's no pressure in moving forward and are willing to help when you're ready
Jessica was awesome to work with and helped me understand what she's doing and was very caring when she knew a part of the procedure was going to hurt more than usual. Dr. Sandhu made me feel like family and was quick making sure the visit didn't prolong any longer then necessary.
Overall I believe I found my forever dentist and very thankful for their help.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jocelyn G.Indian Bend, Scottsdale, AZ02Feb 1, 2023
I came here a couple of times. The front desk staff and hygienists I saw were great but I didn't have the best experience with the lady dentist. I initially came in for a cleaning, which went fine. I had 10 year old fillings that she recommended being replaced so I agreed. During our appointment, while numbing me I all of sudden felt severe pain and shocks all over my face which I had never experienced before. Instinctively, I reached for my face and she instantly became visibly angry and scolded me like a child (full on gave me a lecture) for reaching towards my face while she was holding a needle near my face. I get it but that was clearly a reflexive action not a purposeful action.. After explaining to her that I was experiencing a lot of pain and shocks all over she proceeded to explain to me that she must've hit my nerve and I "got lucky" because of it as they normally try to get near the nerve to numb but in this case she hit mine which meant maximum numbing action. I left and never went back again. Now, not even 2 years later one of the fillings which she replaced randomly fell out and now I'm having to pay another dentist to replace it. According to the new dentist I'm seeing, no underlying tooth decay to cause it to fall out, I haven't changed my diet or daily dental routines, and I even started using a mouth guard to help prevent future issues with my teeth and yet it just fell out.

What really impressed me about Belmont from (my first visit) was their modern technologies and knowledge on solving issues I had with my teeth and gums. They offer great oral health advice, but also have options for cosmetic restoration -some stuff you may not have thought could even be fixed! After my girlfriend received a 3D printed/milled crown, I knew I needed to check them out.
Plus, they always remember you when you walk in, which I totally appreciate coming from a sales & service background.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hugo O.Las Vegas, NV49692129May 27, 2020Updated review
I had my first visit today at Belmont Dentistry for a routine teeth cleaning today and couldn't be more please. Danielle was so welcoming and delightful, and the front office staff are so kind. A refreshing change from the typical chain clinics that try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Excited to keep my ongoing care with Belmont! Thank you!
Update: had a filling done, and it was so smooth, painless, and quick. I scheduled a first visit appointment with Dr P, confirmed the appointment and then was called a few days later the appointment to be rescheduled. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 pm and upon their instructions I arrived at 12:15 to fill out new patient paperwork. The paperwork was completed by 12:20 and I was not called back into the examining room until 12:45. I had X-rays from my previous dentist in Santa Monica sent over to this office, and did not require X-rays. I sat another 1/2 hour waiting to see the hygienist and the cleaning was good. I was finished with the cleaning about 2:15 and was told the dentist would see me for the exam. I waited another 25 minutes to see the dentist and to my surprise it was not Dr P. The office manager apologized for this unfortunate experience and lack of communication but spending 2-1/2 hours for an exam and cleaning left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I really wanted to love this place. Been going there for the past two years. The dentist is a sweetheart, very sweet and attentive and friendly. The techs do a good and through job on the cleaning part and are usually friendly too. The new office is spacious and new and clean. So you ask me why the three stars?
Well, two things bother me there: first is the feeling that they are always trying to upswell me on something. Every single time I'm there they find something "they'd suggest" because "I need it". From gum extra treatments, to Invisalign, to night guards, there's always something they're trying to sell me, which is pretty upsetting.
The second and the main reason Im most upset was the attitude I got from one of their front desk girls. I don't know her name, but I know she's the brunette one )the blonde has a distinct voice I'd remember over the phone). I work remotely and my schedule changes a lot, sometimes last minute, especially when my CEO is in town. The day of my appointment he pulled me into a meeting that would end at 3pm, same time as my appointment. When I found that out I called the office to see if they could either push my time a bit or cancel and reschedule. Her attitude was pretty nasty. She talked to me like if I was a third grader lying about my report card.
"Oh, you need to cancel huh?! May I know the reason?"
I explain the reason.
"Ummm, I see.... a meeting huh.... mmmm yeah I see"
With that tone of someone who's totally suspicious of what I'm saying. So unprofessional.
Listen, I know last minute cancellation/changes suck. I didn't know there was a fee for short notice changes but I wouldn't mind paying. If I didn't get that nasty attitude. I'm 36 years old, I don't need to make up stories to skip a dental cleaning.
I was so pissed off I considered taking my beautiful teeth to be cleaned elsewhere. In fact I might.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Sahib P.River Walk, Tucson, AZ02Jul 27, 2022
I've been to a lot of different dentists around Phoenix trying to find the best one, and am so glad to have found this office. Both of the Dr. Sandhu's are two of the best dentists I've ever had and are clear experts in their fields. No reason to find any other dentist.
