Benjamins Pharmacy is a place not even in my neighborhood that went above and beyond to help get my special needs infant formula during these very stressful times. I'd like to add that they delivered wic items to parents during the thick of the pandemic when most places didn't even bother to hold wic items for wic recipients and shelves were bare and empty everywhere. I did read some reviews that weren't great but I don't see where any truth could lay on those remarks. I've been Yelping a long time and I couldn't speak any higher of Them. Thankyou for getting my poor son's milk to Westchester.

wic delivery all the way to queens. very respectful. Very thankful. it's hard to get formula. They helped alot!

Great service all the time. You guys are really a lifesaver. Will recommend to anyone especially to mom for formula.

Great staff wonderful store. benjamen and his staff are very professional ,always there to help you. if you have a question they'll take the time out to answer your questions,
you will not get the service in CVS or other stores this is a wonderful place many items.
there was a few items that they didn't have and Benjamen actually ordered them for us which I never seen before in another store. it's like being at a family business every time you walk in you get treated like family.

I called and requested a delivery on a whim hoping they would deliver all the way to queens AND THEY DID! Their customer service was 10/10 and were 110% accommodating to me. As a mom of 3 it's hard to find the time to pick up all my WIC items and carry it too. They delivered fast and very professionally right to my door. I will definitely be using their services again.

Extremely unprofessional ! Called to make sure a booster vaccine would be available to me in the afternoon , was told sure you can come in at 3 . When I arrive I'm told I have they have no vaccine for me after taking half a day off from work . Then got called basically a liar by someone who I wasn't even talking to ! She said we told everyone who called no we won't have doses in the afternoon . I will be taking me and my family's pharmaceutical needs somewhere else after this .

Customer service is ridiculous at this place. You can call them at 2 And their closing at 3 and never mention it. They keep special hours and don't open on Saturday. If your like me and my family and need medicine to live this is not the place for you. They never want to help. They will transfer you from person to person when you call. It's ridiculous.

Benjamin tries his best to have every client needs and if it's not available he will order it. Staff is very nice..

Horrible service. I submitted my prescription yesterday and they told me to come back at 5 to pick up. At 5 they didn't have it ready and didn't call me back till the next day for pick up. It was a minor medication but extremely inconvenient as I was told I would get it same day. They also billed my insurance BEFORE I received my medication which is ILLEGAL. Horrible service, when I went to another pharmacy to get my medication they told me they couldn't do it bc it was already billed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Benjamin's Pharmacy & Surgical is a great local resource for the community. They provide prompt and personalized service to all customers. The pharmacists are always willing to answer questions and provide helpful advice. They offer a wide array of vital services such as flu shots. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
