Great Dentist and staff. Thank you Dr. Wager and everyone. You make going to the dentist pleasant.

Dr. Wagar, his hygienists and Shelly are all wonderful. My low rating is solely based off my unpleasant experiences I've had with one of his staff who oversees billing, Chris. I will now be finding a new dentist so I don't have to deal with her again.

Last year Chris was in charge of refunding me over a 3K payment. Instead of refunding, she ended up charging my card numerous times because she couldn't figure out the machine which resulted in maxing out my card. This process took about a month to fix with ongoing phone tag.

Today, I had to cancel my day of appt due to serving as jury on a criminal case that started yesterday. I admit it was my fault for not canceling 2 days prior to my appt when I found out I was selected. However, when you have to scramble around last minute to notify your employer, find childcare, then be present all day in a courtroom not being able to use your phone; calling the dentist unfortunately slipped my mind. I apologized to Chris and asked if she could just simply ask Dr. Wagar if I provided paperwork from the court if he would make a kind exception to let me reschedule without being charged. She immediately declined my request annoyed I would even ask such a thing then continued to lecture me how the office is now losing business due to my mistake and they wouldn't be able to find a new patient to fill my appt slot. I completely understand how I caused an inconvenience for them but how she treated me was shocking and unacceptable in any position providing service.

The doctor and staff are absolutely fantastic! They are patient and very helpful when offering dental options.. highly, highly recommend

My first appointment today and I was completely impressed. As a new patient, I only had to complete a one page health questionnaire vs. the usual 5-6 pages. Great hygienist session. Nice modern atmosphere and Dr. Wagar was awesome; Very personable and I felt like they were very happy to have me as a patient. Checkout / insurance was smooth. Great friendly staff, they made me feel right at home.

First crown complete and 2 to go. I can't believe that I'm actually impatient to get back there and get the others done! :-D

I was amazed at how well the crown fit, and how exacting Dr. Wagar was in ensuring it was properly seated and fitted. Almost brings a tear to my eye given past experiences elsewhere.

Dr. Wager is everything you could ask for in a dentist. The entire operation at Benton Hill Smiles is top notch. The customer service is fantastic, there is little to no wait time; and Dr. Wager makes a routine cleaning, bridge work, and/or filling painless, quick, and as comfortable as possible.

I would highly recommend Dr. Wager!!

Dr. Casper is very competent, professional, and caring dentist. The waiting room is very relaxing and the dental equipment are meticulously clean.

My dental hygienist, Brenda, always does a great job cleaning my teeth and she is always so nice and friendly.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Casper for over 15 years. My whole family go here for dental care.

The whole staff here is incredibly nice! I would give more stars! Care and compassion are obviously at the heart of their core values, alongside great dentistry. Seriously, Dr. Wagar busting out the oral camera, taking his time to thoroughly inspect a faulty crown--I was impressed, he's very thorough, and it allowed me to see the fault in the crown as well. I have horrible dental anxiety from a dentist who did not value keeping his patients comfortable, Dr. Wagar and Yen (the hygienist who ever so gently cleaned my teeth) are literally rehabbing me! Kathy and Chris were also extremely kind as well as Shelly (I hope I got everyone's names right). Originally, I was drawn to Dr. Wagar because of his education (OHSU, love that school). His website looked great and was easy to navigate and based on what I saw and read, felt like he and his team would be great. And so far, they have exceeded expectations!

Dr. Wagar is an excellent dentist! His entire staff is excellent! Don't waste your time any place else!

The best dental experience I've ever had, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The entire team is professional and friendly, and the results are amazing. Dr. Wagar has performed both standard and cosmetic procedures on my teeth and he's both highly skilled and caring. He's given me confidence in my smile back.
