Recently I visited Berkeley Eye Center for the first time. I do not enjoy going to eye doctor appointments. When I walked in the door I was welcomed with a friendly smiling face. The crew made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel rushed while completing my eye exam. They were very patient making sure everything was correct and will work for me. Dr Hilton is the best eye doctor I've come across. He has great energy, patience and very welcoming. I feel like he enjoys what he does. Also Dr. Hilton is very knowledgeable. I will say I have found a new eye doctor.

I've been with Berkeley Eye Center for years and have always had positive experiences. Great doctors, and staff, beautiful facilities, and overall positive atmosphere. Quick turnaround on contact lens and prescription glasses orders.

Received a call to pick up my glasses. on two attempts to pick them up, the office was closed during norm hours with no communication to me about the office having special hours that week. Terrible business practice.

Atascocita Berkeley Eye Center is my go to for my eye needs. I needed to get my eyeglass prescription filled. Mr. Andy help me with my prescription that for my new eyeglass frames. As soon as I walk in I was approach by the staff, and I wanted to speak to Mr. Andy. He is so easy to talk to and very professional and helpful. Mr. Andy attended to all my eyeglass needs. He made sure I understood everything I was getting and why. I will alway go back the Berkeley Eye Center in Atascocita. It is so great to get good customer service these days. Thanks Andy.

No waiting, they get you in at your appointment time. Very thorough exam by Dr. Hilton, and very nice and friendly staff.

I've been a patient for years. Recently I've had surgery on both eyes. My cataracts are gone and things are clear and bright. I recommend Doctor Shrum to care for your vision. He is Board Certified. My Berkeley Eye Center now have several locations all over Houston. I went to the Atascocita location. Super staff.
I opted to get intraocular lens implants which means no more eye glasses! My eyes are corrected close, near and far!
The only glasses I need now are SUNglasses. I love the staff here, they are great to work with, and always helpful and friendly.

I have had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. K Ray Shrum, an outstanding ophthalmologist, for several years. Not only has he performed successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes, but he will also be performing the same procedure on my wife in the near future. I had been having some issues with my eyelids fluttering and vision being off. Being I have an autoimmune disease I was very concerned with not being heard or issues being addressed.
Upon arriving I was called back within five minutes. Something I have not experienced at any medical facility. I then saw Dr Shrum who was not only very pleasant but addressed all my concerns.
I can easily say I was treated with respect and kindness by all office personnel (a bedside manner you no longer see in the medical field). It was nice to not feel like a number rather someone paying for a service that deserves to have attention.
