I could not have been happier choosing Bermon Carpet Cleaning. I had an accident in my room that required stitches . Marco made sure to get me that day because we all know how hard it is to remove blood. He was extremely professional and kept me updated on his arrival time. I was not expecting him to remove the recent stains or the old ones . He did !!!!! I was speechless with what an amazing job he did . He worked extra hard to make sure he cleaned the carpets. I know I will be using them again when its time for another carpet cleaning!!!

An excellent carpet cleaning company of I've ever used. I handed them my rug thinking that it was a lost cause in terms of what was done to it, but the cleaning services made it as good as new! I cannot recommend Marco enough for his work!

Always responsive and easy to schedule an appt. I've used Bermon three times now to clean carpets at my old house, our new home, and two white upholstered dining room chairs. Affordable prices and he was able to remove some of the toughest stains I thought would never come out. Can't recommend him enough.

If I could leave this place a ZERO I would. I ordered carpet cleaning services from them through Amazon (Daily Deal) after calling them to make sure they would be able to service my area. It was a present for my mother-in-law. Well, after one month they finally told her they would not be coming out to complete the carpet cleaning, and when I called them to inquire what was going on. He told me that they were refusing to do service, even though they had already been paid, that I would have to go through Amazon for any refund because he would NOT do it, and then HUNG UP on me after he took the time to call me a "f*cking b*tch"! Completely unacceptable. Not only were no services rendered, but I received the worst and rudest customer service of my life!

Service and availability are great. When we bought our house the carpet in the living room, dining room, stairs and hallway was well kept but older. We had Marco and his crew come in to clean and it looked almost new. They got the job done quickly, were able to remove the stains and were great to deal with all for a good price. I will certainly be using them again.

Rude unprofessional company. I called to get a quote to have my carpets cleaned. I was very specific About the areas I wanted to clean. They gave me a quote and I agreed. They did an average job on the carpets and an absolutely horrible job on my area rugs. They were late getting to my house and failed to return my rugs on the day they had promised. When they final returned my rug, they showed up early and I was not home. They left my clean rugs in my screened porch. It was a rainy day and they all got wet.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Marco is extremely professional and detail-oriented. I had to clean my carpet and my neighbors' carpet due to a water leak in my unit's bathroom. I called Marco and he made an appointment right away. He came and cleaned the carpet in both units, replaced some damaged tack strips, and sprayed both carpets with fungicide. We also had some spots on the carpet that he took care of. His prices are very reasonable. The thing I liked the most about this company is that you are not dealing with a big corporation trying to rip you off. He did an OUTSTANDING job! I would completely trust Marco on any carpet-related jobs I have in the future.
