New to the area, first time at Best Nails & Spa.
Jack did a gel pedi, he was fantastic! Clean, relaxing and very accommodating.

Very good and the service was amazing! The gentleman did a fantastic job. He was able to fit me in and I was so grateful!

First off I am not from Ohio, my Tia brought me to her nail spa and it was amazing. We had a little wait but it was well worth it. Lena did my pedicure and it was excellent. Highly recommend I was so relaxed at the end. Especially her massage on my calf's. I am a licensed massage therapist and I approve this message :)

Tia got her nails done by Tammy and they were gorgeous as well.

It really is the best nail salon in Medina. They are always busy so prepare to wait a little while (even if you make an appointment) but they are very nice and always do a great job.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a truck driver from Los Angeles and have had my nails done all over the country (with my favorite being at home, of course). This place does excellent work. All of my nails are symmetrical and filed straight. I've had many fills that had to be corrected once I come off the road. The pedicure was relaxing and thorough. I got French Tip on my toes and they did it masterfully by hand. Tammy did my fill as well as my nail design by hand and it's picture perfect.
This place is definitely being bookmarked for when I pass through again. It's just a 10min Uber ride away from the TA in Lodi, OH.

Honestly the best pedicure I've ever had! The interior design in here is SO cute. I loved that the pedicure chairs had built in massage chairs with a remote to control-- the chairs also lit up! They took their time and gave me an amazing pedicure and even verified after the color was on my toes that I liked it! Really wish I still lived here or else I'd be a regular. Tip: bring cash to tip!!!

I haven't had nails for years. So I was so excited to finally treat myself. I Had some weird "press on" nails put on at a local well-known place. I could tell once I left that they didn't look right. Made an appt with Best Nails and Dennis. He took care of my nails and spent a lot of time with me getting me a new set that look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Best Nails. Their pedicures are awesome also.

A little skeptical about the completely perfect five star reviews for this business. I wouldn't go back.

My friend and I had appointments last night for mani/pedis (I had regular, she had gel). It was totally dead - so they got started on mine right away but my friend sat and waited about 10 minutes before they started on hers.

Her toes were bleeding within a few minutes. Mine didn't bleed but REALLY hurt because of the cuticle picker tool. (I get pedicures regularly in Atlanta where I live and they never use that tool. Last night I had trouble sleeping because my toes were so raw that it hurt every time they brushed up against the sheets. The ladies doing the work on our toes tried to laugh it off.)

They didn't bring my friend the gel color options until she asked for it twice, and then they didn't have the color she wanted.

Even though our appointments were an hour before their closing time, the whole staff seemed to be in a big rush to get out. One of two women who were switching on and off doing my nails complained of a headache (I can imagine it sucks to work in there with the chemical smells, but it was strange that she was telling me how quickly she wanted to leave). My friend's gel nails had to be re-done several times due to rushing and the nails not fully setting.

We stood in front of the checkout area for an awkwardly long time, staring at one of the women in front of us who was giggling and texting on her phone. Waiting for her to look up. "Ah, we are ready to check out now!" my friend finally said as politely as possible. "Ok" she said, without looking up. Several more seconds go by .... finally one of her coworkers comes up, gently pushes her and her texting aside, and checks us out.

Price list isn't posted so I was a bit surprised; $50 for mine and $65 for my friend's. Those prices are WAY HIGH for the quality we received. I would have expected more like $30-40 range max. I suppose we should have checked that first.

Plus, beware, they don't accept credit card tips.

I only go to Best Nails in Medina, faithfully every two weeks. The staff, Tammy and Dennis, are THE BEST!! They are so sweet and soooo skilled! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I am very disappointed in this salon, I had my technician remove all of my acrylics and give me a fresh full set and had gel color on top... 3 days later my thumb nails breaks off in half.. I go back and they fix it.. then then next day I picked up my dog and my middle finger breaks in half... it hasn't even been a week and this happened. I believe they are using poor quality products as I've never had my nails break so fast EVER !

I don't recommend this salon if you get acrylics
