Beyer Carpet Cleaning

I don't usually Yelp retail businesses, restaurants are my mainstay... however, Enrique from Beyer Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job.

We have 4 dogs with a cream-colored fabric couch with 2 accompanied chairs. That was my main purpose in calling Beyer, and they look new again! But here is what impressed me, on a Fiesta, Friday evening, he stayed until just after 8:30pm to complete the entire job (which also included 16 patio cushions) done properly!

Great company. The person answering my phone call was always very friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule a few times due to complications with my move but they were very accommodating and understanding. Terry did my apartment carpet...he was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to do the job. This was my first time getting carpet cleaners and definitely exceeded my expectation.

Enrique came out to my house today and did a fantastic job. I had used Beyer Carpet cleaning about 3 years ago and they did a fantastic job then. I hadn't had my carpets done since then and needless to say that they were in desperate need of a clean. I had one room that needed pet treatment and it's a completely different room now. Enrique was kind, courteous, patient, and thorough. When I was vacuuming my house before the cleaning, my vacuum cleaner stopped working and I had to borrow my neighbor's. It put me behind schedule. I let Enrique know when he called to tell me he was on his way. He gave me plenty of time to do what I needed to do before the cleaning. Thank you for a job well-done. I'll be sure to keep my regular yearly cleanings.

Our carpet was full of stains thanks to lit little dachshund. I mean it literally looked like a cheetah floor with all the spots. They came by early (our window was 10am-12pm) the guy arrived by 10:30. He did the most amazing job and was very informative with what we should do after he left. He told us to wait until the carpet completely dry before putting any furniture back or the bottom woods pieces of the furniture would stain the carpet. Also reminded us to be careful on the stairs as some people have slipped from the wet carpet. I will definitely use this company again for another clean before I move out of this house. Great customer service and amazing job!!

My wife really wanted our carpet cleaned throughout the house and we had been searching for a company to come out to our home on the far west side. After calling multiple companies to compare prices and online reviews we settled on Beyer and they did a fantastic job! The cost was very good and Eli our cleaner was really professional. He was even able to get out a stain from an unfortunate olive oil spill! Would recommend them highly to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

This is the worse carpet cleaning in San Antonio Texas. Please DO NOT call this people, Adam the technician is a lazy person that don't know what's he's doing, and when you ask him for a question he tries to avoid them, he left my carpet more dirty then it was. I call to the owner JOSEPH to give him my complaint, he is a totally uneducated person very rude. DON'T CALL THIS PEOPLE FOR SERVICE!!! I only giving you one star because that is the only way that I can leave my review.

My family and I purchased a home in Boerne. Needed the carpets cleaned. Called around and did some research. Found Beyer to have good reviews. Set up an appointment they worked with me on scheduling. They were prompt and did a great job. Looks good and am happy with the results.

Very pleased with the work that was performed at my home. I had 3 rooms done. Enrique did an awesome job in keeping me informed on what process he was doing on my carpet. I would definitely recommend Beyer again and would absolutely ask for Enrique on my next carpet cleaning visit!
