Bianca Yee, DDS - Complete Health Dentistry of Sacramento

Dr. Yee and her staff are the best you will find in Sacramento area. I have been a patient for years - even before Dr. Yee took over this practice. What I love about Dr. Yee and her staff is that they truly care. Nobody in that office is clocking in and out. I truly believe that everyone from Hailey at the front desk to Jennifer who has assisted Dr. with my (numerous) crowns are there because they appreciate and value what Dr. Yee is accomplishing in the dental field.

Like the name of the business states, her care is 'Complete.' She considers various factors that I think are ignored by in the field most to determine a path of care. I have had a plan of care determined only to have her reach out and say, 'You know what, I have been thinking about this and I think we do this instead...' She isn't just trying to get you in and out of the chair. Dr. Yee is really concerned and cares how she provides care. I love talking to her about the numerous classes she takes to improve her practice.

I do think its worth noting that this is a minority, woman owned business.

You are not going to find a better practice in Sacramento - this is hands down, the best of the best! Thank you Dr. Yee and your staff. I will be a patient for life.

My immediate and extended family have been with Bianca Yee DDS for years. Her thoughtful and careful care, along with her excellent and friendly hygienists and staff, is beyond compare. A special shout-out to her office and how they have navigated all this covid craziness! There are many challenges in these times. Just alone, keeping up with what seems to be daily changing CDC and local guidelines is an incredible task. They are on top of it! I have yet to see any type of healthcare facility/office so diligent in keeping social distancing practices in place and maintaining a consistent sterile environment for the safety of their patients and staff. My family and I 100% recommend her!

horrible place to go, all the assistants are rough with their work, don't care about whats going on with you & overall just terrible. on top of all the wrong things they do; they take your money without you knowing and don't care to let you know that they take your money. i wouldn't recommend going here with unfriendly staff working all the time. not worth going to all your gonna do is WASTE MONEY & TIME on these people

She may be a good, competent dentist, but I couldn't get past the fact that she bad-mouthed the previous owner of the practice, who was probably the best dentist in Sacramento before she retired. Very unprofessional. Also, I repeatedly told her what a difficult case I (well, my teeth) was and she kept brushing it off and saying it was surely exaggerated by my previous dentist and orthodontist. Finally she opened my chart and after getting a good enough look at it to see I was not exaggerating, she opted to refer me to her mentor (whom I did not go to). Maybe she should have read my history before belittling me by negating all of my concerns about having a new dentist in the midst of my treatment. She was unapologetic after the fact.

For such an inexperienced dentist at the time (right after she bought the practice) I found her unjustifiably arrogant. She may have improved her attitude, but I would never go back.

Let me start with my history: As a kid I had a nightmare of a dentist who used to rip out my teeth, grip my face to do work and patronize me for my quick gag reflex. Then in high school to college I had a dentist that replaced all my fillings plus some and forced me to pay for a bite guard that he couldn't even tell if I was wearing (he later has his license revoked for doing work on patients that wasn't needed to make more money). So let's just say I have always dreaded and avoided dentists (I typically get white knuckles while sitting in the chair).

So 2 years ago I had a tooth crack and a coworker recommended me to Dr. Yee's practice. I can't say enough on how my experience with her has changed my oral care. My teeth and mouth are in the best shape of my life and the staff there have gone out of their way to change my views on my bi-yearly visits to the dentist. If you want quality dental care and a dentist that cares about your health and teeth, this is the practice for you.

I experienced shoddy dental care from this provider. There is no doubt there are better dental providers in the Sacramento area, and I think Dr. Yee would be well-served to treat her patients with a higher degree of respect and confidence. Without going into extensive detail about the poor service I received, suffice to say my experience was concerning enough that I needed to let others know (and I was a new patient!). I hope this review encourages Dr. Yee to reconsider how she runs her practice and how she treats her patients.

I've been coming to Dr Yee since before she opened her own business. My daughter loves her and I am the biggest wimp ever. She fixed my cavity in no time..thank GOD literally pain free. My hygienists Kris. I love is Kris! She is an angel! Such a kind human. It's not easy going to a dentist when you have anxiety or are shy..so this is why I recommend this team. They NEVER make me feel anything but secure.

My wife and I are expecting, where we contacted Dr. Yee to consult us about dentistry and dental health for babies. She not only explained when babies should start to see a dentist, but went into great detail about the latest studies that will help provide the optimal start to our baby's life even before birth. It was incredibly interesting and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Yee. She will add value to not only your life, but to the life of your family. She is all for helping to ensure you and your family live your best lives.
