It was an absolute experience, purchasing a bike with bike revolutions. Mark and Joe were both absolutely knowledgeable of all their product and ultimately help me to find the best bike that fits me. I was skeptical and nervous about purchasing a bike but they made me feel comfortable and confident when I left the doors if you're looking for eBay, come ask for Joe, he will definitely take care of you. I will make sure to recommend my friends and family to the shop.

I was trying to install a basket to my folding bike, and somehow I unscrew the part connect handles and I cannot screw it back up. I am so glad to find this bike shop, which they open till 7:30 pm, allows me to bring in my bike after get off from work. I told him what was going on, and he look at it, and fix it within a few mins.

Compare to other bike shops, for tuning up a bike, this one is in reasonable price, definitely come back if anything happens to my bike.

It says open at 1:00pm, he tells me 1:30pm. I have to be at work a 2:00pm, so I call him back then he tells me 1:45pm that he has a personal life which I don't give a f$%# about. So instead of buying the over price scooter I'm getting my $60 I put down for it. THIS PLACE SUCKS IF YOU SOMEONE STOLEN GOODS. COME to (Sysadmin). I DIDN'T WANT TO PUT A STAR F%$# THIS SHOP, BUT I HAD TO SO I COULD POST THIS F&%$ UP HUH

I brought my 3 bikes for a tune up because Joe is honest and professional and pricing is very reasonable. Communication was easy as he responded to all my questions and updated me on status of tune up. He is quite knowledgeable and patiently explained how e-Bikes work. This will be my go to place for future tune ups and bike purchase.

My neighbors ebike had a flat tire and needed it fixed. This was on Sunday, mother's day. To my pleasant surprise, Bike Revolution was open when I called them up. Joe politely answered and spoke to me. Told me, "no problem, bring it in. We'll take care of you". This was late afternoon Sunday! When I got there, Joe and his staff took in the bike and was very transparent about everything. Told me how backlogged he was and the time he'd have the bike ready. As a customer, I liked this very much. He delivered on his promise and had the bike ready for me. Told me the source of the flat tire and even offered to help me load the bike on my truck. I highly recommend this shop. Joe is the ideal shop owner and kills you with professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Joe!!!!!

I want to personally thank Joe the owner for his amazing work on my late fathers bike. I brought the bike in with a rusted chain, broken derailleur, flat tires, sticky gears, messed up grips and in need of a tune up. The bike had sat outside partly covered up for 6 years since the death of my father. I let Joe know the importance of this bicycle and he got it all fixed up and ready to ride again. Joe installed a new derailleur, new tire tubes and tires, new chain, new grips, adjusted my brakes, and lastly the tune up. I can't thank him enough for his work. I've already rode my bike a few times before writing this review and the bike has never rode this great before. Definitely recommend this shop!
