15 Sep 23 - called this plumbing company because our toilet in our bedroom was making a lot of noise every time you flush it. They said they would send a plumber around noon to fix it. Sure enough the plumber called to tell us that he was on his way to our house and arrived on time. It did not take him long to replace the valve inside the toilet. Highly recommend this plumbing company because they are efficient and their prices are reasonable.

Bill's plumbing rebuilt a leaky hose valve as well as recommended a repair to address water pressure in our home. The service was excellent-friendly and fairly priced. I highly recommend Bill's plumbing.

Let's face it, it's hard to find a plumber to get to a urgent/almost emergency job done on short notice now a days. However, Bill's guy's showed up the same day and not only identified the problem, but fixed it on the same day.

I have Bill's Plumbing come over every six months to run their router blade through my sewer lines as a preventive measure. I have to say, this process (which is universally recommended) has been tremendous. Honestly, I would never entrust this to any other Plumbing Service than Bill's. They are simply the best!

Bill's Plumbing did a great job for me twice in the past few weeks. Ist was a gas line installed by Mike and the second a water heater issue repaired by Justin.
Both were professional, timely, expert and fairly priced.

Bill's Plumbing was fantastic! Helped my dad out of a difficult situation very quickly. From the office staff to scheduling to the technicians and the owners who were all involved, the service and politeness was spot on! They came highly recommended, no need to research other companies and the family owned business was what I truly like to work with. Started with the first call that was so nice and very polite all the way to the end where the owner ensured the project was complete. They were on time, texted me and or called when arriving. The office staff was awesome in contacting Blackhills Energy when scheduling the gas line inspection test. Clean up was perfect. If you utilize this wonderful company already great for you, if your not, my questions is why not? You cannot go wrong using Bill's Plumbing and Drain services. I will ensure my dad uses them again.

Called Bill's for a drain line blockage over the weekend and left a message. Heard back from Amanda in the front office first thing on Monday. Devon called ahead of the appointment and arrived early. Had the right tools and know how to fix the issue quickly. Expected it to cost a fortune--I was shocked at how fair the price was. Will definitely call this business again.

I couldn't find a local plumber to take an after-hours emergency call to repair a gas line leak. Called Bill's Plumbing and Drain and they were very responsive. One of the owners came out the same evening and returned the next morning with parts that were needed to complete the repair. They quickly got our gas utility back online and worked with the gas company to make sure everything was safe. They also did the job at a very reasonable price.

Prompt install I will certainly be using their services again. The pricing was very fair and the attention to detail while performing the work was outstanding. Shout out to Mike who did a great job explaining everything and made sure I was satisfied. This was for a garbage disposal but we will certainly be using them again for a couple sinks that need repair and for an upcoming remodel. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate to use their services!

I requested a bid for a new kitchen sink installation.. and crickets. No response. I guess they are too busy for the little jobs. Someday the housing demand will slow down and they will be looking for the little jobs. You won't get work from me losers.
