Billy Bricks Saint Charles, IL

Came here on a Tuesday night, which is a night with specials like free billiards and $3 Shiner Bock. The bartender/server was welcoming and attentive. They were not busy and the food came out quickly.

Arugula Salad $9.50 - This was simple (literally a pile of arugula with a sprinkle of cherry tomatoes) and went really well with the pizza.

14" Donna's Combo Pizza (Italian beef) $19 - Perfect size for 2 people and great combo of Italian beef, sausage, and giardiniera. Loved the crunchy thin crust, not soggy at all.

Easy parking in the parking lot.

Came here for a quick pizza stop and this place was decent. There is a lot of seating and the wait was limited so that was nice. There is also a parking lot in front of the restaurant which is really nice especially in the downtown St. Charles area.

I ordered the margarita pizza with a side order of fries and mozzarella sticks. The food was decent and nothing special. I did like the mozzarella sticks but the fries were not crispy and the pizza sauce was too sweet compared to a normal margarita pizza. Also, the ranch here was not the best and a bit too sweet as well.

Overall, this is a decent option for pizza but there are definitely other pizza places in the area that might be better.

Bad service, and even worse management. Empty place an wouldn't honor gift cards. Nothing would make me go back here.

So I'm from New Jersey and very spoiled by our pizza. We were At an event at aquascape at aqualand and they had bricks on wheels. I was completely speechless the pizza was absolutely phenomenal the dough had such Great texture and flavor along with the sauce and mozzarella. Could not say enough about this place the guys working were extremely nice and helpful With literally hundreds of people waiting to get it and the quality was absolutely amazing.

The food here is miserable. Dosent live up to the other locations around Illinois. Service is not what I was expecting and isent as good as the others due to its more served as a bar than the restaurant itself and the music and vibe here isent anywhere near wheaton and Naperville.

This choice was a last minute decision because our family could not agree on a place for dinner. I had not heard of Billy Brick's before I found it on Yelp today. I was surprised to find it had a sports bar feel, but at 4pm on Friday, it was completely suitable for adults and middle school aged kids. We ordered many dishes to sample and share including nice crispy wings ( prob better w/ Buffalo sauce), soft pretzel bites, and the most amazing Jalapeños Popper Dip known to man. The dip is worth noting for many reasons but most of all bc the jalapeños in it gave it a slightly smokey flavor without the heat (thanks to no seeds). Our entire family loved it. The pretzel bites even made it into the dip instead of the cheese they came with.

For entrees the kids had Mac n Cheese, I had the Arugula salad and my husband chose a pizza w/ the New Haven crust option. My salad was light and fresh w/ an ample side of dressing. My daughter said the roll soft on the inside and lightly toasted on the outside. My kids liked the Mac n Cheese (there are a few versions to choose from) and my husband LOVED his pizza. He had to get a 16" pizza bc the New Haven crust option didn't come in the 14" but who has ever been upset about having left over pizza to eat the next day?! The staff was very helpful and friendly. This very casual restaurant was extremely clean and well spaced out. We will be back for the pizza and the incredible Jalapeños Popper Dip!

Food was great, ordered noodles and meatballs for our 5 year old. We split the hot honey pizza. Everything was hot and well cooked. Place is clean and while it feels like a bar it's very kid friendly!

Let me start off by saying I love wood fired pizzas, it is my favorite type of pizza. My brother and I ordered the pizza with Italian beef and hot peppers on it, which was very good. The dough is light and airy just like it should be, the only thing that I didn't love about the pizza was the sauce. I felt it to be to sweet, they must have changed their recipe. We also got an order of wings which were meaty, and crispy. Over all I really enjoyed the food that we ordered.

Amazing food! Go here!!! Hours listed online are not correct. Kitchen closes at 9 PM on Wednesdays, but you can stay later. The staff is sweet.

Always good, as I've dined, carried out and partied at this location, several times this year. The entire staff is nice, especially Ruby, you're so sweet and smily! Thanks so much for the exceptional hospitality, genuine inclusion and killer food. Your concept is super fresh and fun, especially having table and board games and live music for free?!
