I can't recommend this place enough!!!

I moved from Las Vegas to Texas & was looking for a new dentist. My experience at Bleu Dentistry has been awesome!

Doctor Charles talks very nicely to all his patients & he does a very good job at explaining things, especially why he recommends certain procedures. He educates you on what is going on with your teeth. He isn't pushy or forceful. You can tell he cares about all his patients.

He gave me a teeth cleaning & I did not feel any pain. Also, his hygienist Holly gave me my first teeth cleaning & I did not feel any pain.

If you hate going to the dentist, give Dr. Charles a visit & I promise you won't hate it anymore!

I will never recommend anyone to visit Bleu Dentistry, I had a very bad experience with them I was placed inside of a dirty exam room when I brought it to the staff attention the room was cleaned. The staff admitted to my insurance company that I was placed into a dirty exam room. My dental care was canceled shortly after with some made up statement that was not true. It's a little too late to try and cover their tracks. Bleu Dentistry is a rip-off. They are a big scammer, the staff always calling and asking me to pay off my dental plan after I have agreed to pay monthly payments. I am glad I didn't take any of their so call special's that was offered to me by the former office manager.

This is a great place to get dental work done. I was seen on time. The team was very professional in examining and providing solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and Dr. Charles did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. The injection was gentle and painless. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. The office is very calming, clean, and modern. Thanks to Dr. Charles and his staff!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with Bleu Dentistry was extremely disappointing. Not only did I pay for services that were not delivered, but I am still awaiting a refund. My consultation for porcelain veneers took place on December 14, 2022, and I was informed that it would cost $12,500 for each set of eight teeth. I made the first payment of $12,500 that day and began treatment on December 22. After several appointments, my temporary veneers were placed on December 29. After my visit, I paid for the bottom portion totaling $12,500.
Afterward, I made several appointments that were canceled or postponed. I was told my veneers were lost in transit during the ice storm, then taken by porch pirates causing extreme frustration and stress. I agreed to continue treatment for the top eight teeth because the work had been started. However, I canceled the remaining portion of my treatment and requested a refund on February 15, 2023. Unfortunately, despite being promised a refund, I have yet to receive it, and the dentist has stopped responding to my emails. As of today, I am owed $12,500. I advise anyone looking for a dental professional to do their research and choose a reputable and trustworthy practice; this is not one!

Absolutely love Dr. Charles and his staff! I am deathly afraid of dentists and dental procedures. They patiently worked with me on my anxiety issues, talked me through all my dental work and are always super professional. The office manager Hope is so super helpful with any questions and she has come back to assist the other dental hygienists to share her years of expertise since she is also certified. Megan is also a joy, always so cheerful and super helpful! I've been there so many times I can't count. For teeth cleanings, teeth extractions, gum work and dental partial fittings. I recommend them to annoy afraid of dental work and need quality customer service.

Wasted my time, explained my situation to the lady on the phone! Was reassured that they would be able to help me! Well after being extremely rough and $100 I'm still in pain!!!!!!

The staff at Bleu Dentistry were beyond phenomenal! I had both my wisdom teeth taken out, which is in itself was a dreadful and long procedure. Dr. Charles and his staff made me feel at ease and informed during the whole procedure.
They check in on me following the weeks after the surgery, and made sure I had all my medications to ease my healing process. I was always greeted with a friendly voice and face during my checkup visits. They never cease to amaze me how willing they were to prove the accurate information regarding my surgery.
I usually dread going to the dentist, but at Bleu Dentistry, Dr. Charles and his staff made me feel in good hands!

If you're new and you get xrays, overall exam, etc they try to give an all around estimate which is more like a home repair estimate. I went in for a cleaning and left with paperwork stating I needed $7.000 worth of dental work done. WHAT????? Are you kidding me?
They're attitude at the end was very fake! They just added on unnecessary work and tried to convince me it was important.

I went to another dentist in Highland Park and got a second opinion. He said I need 2% of what the dentist at Bleu Dentistry had recommended and I received a proper cleaning too not an unnecessary Deep Cleaning Bleu Dentristy was insisting on.

Always get a second opinion if they try to get more money out of you unnecessarily!

I feel like most reviews are done in the heat of the moment, but I would like to preface this review by saying that I had my one & only appointment 8 months ago. I am writing a review now because I finally got the nerve to make a dentist appointment elsewhere this morning & am realizing what a scam I faced at Bleu Dentistry. After reading the reviews I see that I am not the only one to have had this issue.

It is HIGH pressure sales there. I didn't even know that was something I needed to look out for at a dentist office?? I'm used to it with car & appliance shopping, but I came in for a really simple teeth cleaning...

They told me I had gingivitis & receding gums & would need an excessive amount of dental work in the future, but for now I just needed a "deep laser cleaning" that wound up costing me $50. A good tip off that something wasn't right should have been when the lady at the front desk came back to my dental chair (odd?) with a price sheet...I've never even paid a copay at the dentist before so $50 for a "deep cleaning laser treatment" that I did not ask for is pretty outrageous. The dentist I went to this morning told me my gums are FINE! And NO gingivitis. So I have been stressing over a non-existent issue for the past 8 months. And I paid $0 with insurance. As it should be.

If you go to this dentist, PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!! They made me think I had an issue that I did not actually have to get more money out of me because insurance would have covered just a regular cleaning. Bleu dentistry now seems very money-hungry in my eyes and not focused on proper patient care.
