She kept me informed every step of the way. The only surprise was a good one, with them arriving for install a few weeks early in the middle of our current "supply chain issues." Reese came out and installed them throughout the house quickly and quietly. The shade the Plantation Shutters I chose IMMEDIATELY made the home feel cooler and I watched my return on investment/ROI go up right in front of me. A great upgrade that makes every room look hotel-suite smart. Beginning to...beyond! Customer service for any issues or questions.
