Just boarded my dog there for 3 nights. It's a great boarding facility. They let the dogs play all day with each other (small separated from large). And they post pictures on Facebook every day which is what I love the most.

Responding to the owner: Just do better with other peoples dogs. Loki still has spots of blood in his urine.
I went to get the dogs and cat after having them boarded for a week while we went on a family vacation. I had already been told Loki kept trying to get out of his pin and scratched up his face but upon arrival he was drenched in mud and looking like leather face... So on top of cleaning the open wounds on his face, I spent 2 hours washing layers of mud off...literally having to dig mud out of his privates.
I am still livid about it and not sure why they thought it was a good idea to allow a dog with open wounds on his face into the mud for any length of time... Let alone lay or sleep there. Loki seems ok but he has blood in his urine and is pretty exhausted. I'm hoping he'll get better through the week but I won't be kenneling them with you again. I'm disappointed, you seemed like nice people.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ted W.Fort Worth, TX620283375Aug 22, 2018First to Review
Fantastic boarding house located in a rural Midlothian neighborhood. They offer a large space for the dogs to roam, socialize and play. The owners, Lauren and Austin are huge dog lovers, respond almost immediately to emails and post pictures of all the pups Daily on their Facebook page.
We recently used Blue House Boarding to care for our furbaby as we traveled unexpectedly for a week and I couldn't have left her in better hands. The property is their house with a huge fenced in yard containing areas and obstacles for the dogs to explore and play. They're even building a pool! Pricing ran at $35 day, you supply food and any other needs such as medications etc.
I can't recommend them enough. Many of the other boarding facilities I researched either left the dogs caged all day, put them in a tiny "run" and were more akin to a prison facility. Dogs deserve better. If I lived closer I'd take our pup over at least once a week for her to hang out and play. They do offer daycare options based on availability along with extended boarding.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0
