This place serves up some pretty interesting bubble teas. Prices are reasonable and the variety of different teas is endless. They also serve up some Thai food , macroons which I unfortunately didn't order most of the people I saw there were just ordering the teas. I tried the UBE Latte which was decent but I wish had a little more UBE flavor. My youngest order the mango slush which she enjoyed. My older one ordered the Thai tea which she enjoyed as well . My hubby ordered love is in the cloud. Although it sounded good and it looked cool it was very sweet. So if you are in the area definitely give this place a try .

The only boba shop near dumbo! It is not too far from the famous tourist dumbo picture spot and they have very interesting flavors on the menu:)! On a hot day after taking numerous photos to get one photo you like, you deserve boba. Treat yourself here! The server was very friendly and recommended the boba for me and it was delicious. Their logo is also cute as you can see. Please check this place out!

I've been working in the area for ~2 years and every so often we go on a desperate search for boba within 0.5 miles of dumbo, usually making a trek out to Downtown Brooklyn. So it was a day of celebration when we learned Boba Dumbo was moving in right next to our office!
I came in after the lunch rush and was surprised to see the space also hosts some food options - Thai, chinese, and a salad bar. Prices are affordable and it looks like another great lunch option.
But onto the boba, what you're really coming for. I decided to order a Grapefruit Green Tea - $5 for a small seemed reasonable. I also added boba. The guy at the front asked me if I'd like to try the White Sangria version instead - "I'll let you try it today" he said. That sounded like a nice offer! Then I saw him increase the price of my drink - $7? With tax and tip, the total cost was closer to $9... So be careful guys, make sure you clarify the price difference when they offer you an upgrade to "try." Sounds like the first reviewer and I had a completely different experience with this offer.
The other disappointment was just how much space the ice and fruit took up in my drink - almost 75% of the cup! I finished my drink in 5 minutes, even though I usually take 30-40 min to finish a small Gongcha boba. This made the price sting more.
Boba Dumbo, I really wanted to love you! The drinks are beautiful and the quality seems high, but I'd also like to get $9 worth of boba if that's what I buy, especially if you're upselling me. That didn't happen this time, but I'm hopeful for the next time.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Suttida P.Queens, Queens, NY1413Jan 19, 2020
The Coconut mike ice cream is incredible! I really like sticky rice inside the ice cream. Nice and friendly staff.

They have a lot of unique flavors which is nice to see! I ordered the Thai iced tea, jasmine green tea, and brown sugar matcha latte. All were really good and flavorful didn't feel too heavy at all.

I just started working at one of the many startups in Dumbo and I was disappointed that there was no boba within a 10 minute walk! I figure I would trek to Chinatown on the F train to get my fill. However, last week I saw some flyers by the York St subway stop about Boba Dumbo. I couldn't believe my luck. I went during lunch time and the owner and employee were very friendly and were open to listening to my feedback. I ordered a grapefruit green tea and it was pretty tasty. They gave me a large size for $5, which I think is a pretty good deal. I suggested they add my favorite flavor, passion fruit to their menu. The owner said he would try. I look forward to my next trip to Boba Dumbo. It's nice to finally have a boba option in Dumbo.

The drinks are average for a boba tea place and overly expensive for no reason. Not blown away by the service. I probably won't return for the fact that Gong Cha is better (just my opinion of course). It definitely has unique flavors that's probably worth trying at least once. I had the mixed fruit boba tea with White Sangria, so maybe try another option

I'm a fruit tea enthusiast, I go to all bbt shops to try their fresh fruit tea to look for the best one.
Naturally I had to try from here since it has it on its menu. However, very disappointed.
Thought the fresh mixed fruit tea is actual fruit tea( the standard mixed fruit tea has a tropical fruit taste, or any fruit taste)
but it is just green tea with a few slices of fruit.
Taste nothing like fruit, just green tea. Not worth 6$.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
