Bob's Handyman & Repair Service

I had damage in a small brickwall in the landscape. I talked to Bob Sep 6, 2021 and emailed him photos. I had to follow up with him again next week about his onsite visit. The house is Millbrae. I thought it would be convenient for him as he lives in Millbrae. He did look at it a week later and said he would send me an estimate in a week. I have followed up with him once every week since then. He kept saying that he would get the estimate for me in a day or so. After multiple follow-ups, I decided that it's not worth my time talking to him anymore. I can not work with someone that doesn't keep promises and hard to reach.

One-man operation, but Bob is the real deal. We needed to have the grouting around the tub replaced, and most of the name-brand services we contacted couldn't be bothered with such a small job. Bob promised he would fit us into his schedule within 2 weeks (we had company coming!) and he called within the first week. He spent hours scraping off the old gunk and did a professional job laying out the new grout. We asked him to do the sink as well, and it was no problem. Our whole bathroom looks sparkling new! We will be using Bob again for the multitude of tasks around our house that need expert attention. Thanks a million!
