We repair and mount TV'S of all makes and models. We are a mobile service that travels all over the valley. We have fast appointment times with punctual and polite technicians. They always coordinate exact arrival times with customers by calling when in route to not leave you wondering when someone is coming. We work on all brands and all of the technicians have many years of experience in the field. We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service and making sure that we do the best possible job we can do. Call us with a model number of the tv to discuss the specific problem and options to repair it. I hate to say it, but if you crack the LCD panel or plasma panel, your tv is not financially worth the repair. If you need help recycling the tv, we could potentially help you do this responsibly or steer you to the nearest recycling center.

Do you do warranty repairs on Samsung TVs?
A:
We provide service on Samsung televisions that are out of warranty or warranty service through warranty companies, but not Samsung Directly. They give our number out as a reference, but they handle all manufacturers warranties themselves.

Unfortunately not. Televisions of that size and age would not be cost effective to repair if parts are even available at all.

Grandchildren visiting and the TV goes out. Called Steve late Saturday and he was at my house first thing Sunday morning . Problem solved! I've used Steve before and he was excellent then and he's still excellent now. Thank You Steve!

The only thing that sort of bothers us is the tv (wall mounted) is now slightly crooked even though it wasn't before. Not sure how that happened. It's not super noticeable but enough for us to be bothered by it. They charged a lot for labor but in this economy, I guess it's warranted.

I have a Samsung TV that has sound but the screen will not turn on so I contacted Bob's TV Service and spoke to Steve. He gave me great honest feedback that it would not be economical to fix it. He let me know that the TV I have is an absolute lemon and I should contact Samsung. I appreciate companies that seek solution over profits. I felt the need to post this review and recommend this company. They will get all my business moving forward.

First rate service. Highly recommend. Steve diagnosed the problem over the phone from experience and saved me an extra service call. He ordered the part I needed and brought it with him when the part arrived. He made the repair two days before Christmas and my TV is working perfectly in time for our Christmas party/dinner. He told me up front what it would cost and it was very reasonable. I now have a TV repair service I trust.

When was the last time you received something for nothing? When was the last time a service company looked out for the customer and not JUST themselves? Bob's did that very thing today. I called in about my Samsung TV and they diagnosed the exact problem over the phone. They didn't waste my time with confusing technical jargon and costly (we need to come out) fees. PLUS they gave me such valuable information that Samsung is picking up the tab of my repair. The next time I have a TV issue Bob's is officially my go to.

80% is showing up. It wasn't a threat or extortion. Yesterday, Bob's TV agreed to show up this morning. Around 6 AM or so, this morning, they canceled and had already posted their rebuttal. But, here's his 4 star review for letting me know that my TV is covered under warranty.

Jeff, no hard feelings. You know why we didn't show up... ;-) You gave us an undeserved bad review and you tried to motivate us to do what you want with promises to remove the review. I have screen shots of our entire conversation. We will not negotiate with terrorists or scumbags...
Jul 28, 2022Previous reviewAfter contacting these folks through Yelp, when it came time to for them to come look at my TV, they said they were no longer going to help - "actually we are going to pass on the opportunity".
Granted I was out of time for a while and waited to call them back a day after they asked me to call them. Bottomline, the TV is fried, I need a receipt to show the warranty folks that it's fried...these guys could have made an easy $125 for a service call. Weirdly, they wanted me to PayPal them the $125 and they'd send me the receipt and their analysis (fried motherboard and something else) - pretty sketchy.
