If they had their hours on their website I would not of bought any services from them. I would of know I could not of made it in time for my services.

You can tell by my first review how offended and angry the owner gets when someone mentions something they didn't like about the place. The employees have mentioned a few things about her and I believe that's why she immediately angrily defended herself on my comments about her place which I gave good and a little bad. She just can't take constructive criticism.

When you own a business you need to learn to take the good and bad. Don't just tell someone to go elsewhere. Which I have. That just makes you lose money. Word of mouth gets your business money. Bitterness does not.

I have been going to Body Benefits for about 7 years. I consistently see Botox Brandi for my biyearly touch up! I've had other services there too and have always had a good experience. Recommended to my friends and they have been happy too. Voted #1 in The Woodlands for many years for a reason!

When my car was getting more maintenance then I was...with the exception of a few splurges at Sephora, it was time for some maintenance of my own.

The menu of beauty treatments has something that will surely tempt you. Everything from hair removal to wraps, facials, injections, and all kinds of treatments to keep you looking gorgeous.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, waiting area and lounge is soothing and quiet. I can't wait to come back and try out more much needed treatments.

Exceptional service. Goes above and beyond to provide individualized care and personalized aesthetic recommendations. "Botox Brandi" is a legend and has mastered her artistic skill set. From facials to laser hair removal to even treating incontinence, there's a service for anyone in need of self care, whether male or female. Highly recommend a visit to this calming, restorative medical spa, tucked in the piney woods of the Woodlands, Texas. It's worth the drive.

I went to this location with my mother and were scheduled for microdermabrasions. We had an initial tour and paperwork session scheduled for 15 minutes since we were new clients at this facility; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived 5 minutes late for the tour (not for our actual appointment). Our aesthetician mentioned the fact that we were late on more than one occasion, which was very frustrating since I was in the room for my appointment on time.

The actual microderm was very light and is more comparable to an exfoliating facial than an actual microderm. I have had microdermabrasion before and have never experienced one where the aesthetician did not pass over areas of scarring two or three times to address problems. In addition, to not addressing my problem areas in the microderm, she continued to recommend heavy acne treatment products even though I said my skincare regimen was something I created with my dermatologist and that my skin was too sensitive for any form of acne-treatment based product.

My mother had a similar experience. We were the last clients of the day on a Friday and left thirty minutes before the second session was supposed to end. It really felt as though our aesthetician was done working for the day and wanted to go home early, so our appointments were rushed.

I called the next day to complain and actually spoke to the aesthetician on the phone. Instead of listening to my complaint, she constantly defended herself and tried to explain to me (again) what a microderm is even though I have had at least a dozen from different MedSpas and dermatology clinics. This fact was mentioned in my intake forms. She even told me that this clinic does not use microdermabrasion to treat acne scarring, which is ridiculous because that is literally why microderm was developed.

I did not opt to get a microderm to have a gentle exfoliation - I could have done that at home for free; I went to treat scars on my face and remove dry patches to get my skin looking fresh and clean prior to a special vacation where I have not seen family members for over five years. Now, there is not enough time left before I leave to schedule an appointment at another clinic to get the results I was supposed to get here.

Meghan did a fantastic job with my recent service. Very professional. Felt safe with their COVID precautions. Will definitely be coming back.

I started attending this med spa about 3 years ago! All the people who work here are awesome, sweet and extremely professional! Not only are the nurses/ aestheticians talented but they have the experience and knowledge to back it up!

I have had injections and facial services done at Body Benefits. The staff is amazing. If you are looking for a med spa home this place is wonderful. Thank you Sherry for your consistent professionalism over the years!

I've had three different services done here in the last couple weeks, all by the same girl. Meghan was wonderful! Informative, fun, kind, and very gentle. As a first timer to injections, she was very informative and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I am absolutely obsessed with the outcome of both my Jeuveau injections and my Restylane Defyne lip fillers! Meghan also did my Vi Peel which left my skin feeling amazing and looking brighter and tighter. I definitely have a "glow", in a sense, that I haven't had before. I would absolutely recommend her for any first timers or even those who have gotten injections before! It was such a pleasure having Meghan as my practitioner.

I've been to spas all over the world and Body Benefits will NOT disappoint. The staff are highly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure even the most complex questions are answered. I was impressed at the variety of services on the menu. The nurses are top notch (I'm a clinician myself) and they take extra time to explain the science and after-care of every modality offered. After more research, it seems this spa has been recognized/awarded in various news articles for their experienced, proficient aesthetic nurses and aestheticians. That means a lot to me! I'll definitely be back. Overall, Body Benefits went above and beyond any other medispa experience. Thank you so much!
