First time here and I will be returning!

I saw Alexis and she was phenomenal. Her techniques are affective but not painful, the upside was that she relieved a week long tension headache. The worst part of the massage was the hot towels on the feet only because it meant it was ending!

I will be sharing her information with my friends and family!

Lily was amazing! Worked on the areas I asked and did a very thorough job. She was very patient with me nd helped me understand the process of getting a professional massage as this was still a newer experience for me. Rebooked and excited about my next visit!

I enjoyed my massage here with Sierra. (In regard to the Sparks location) after 11am I guess their receptionist leaves so they lock the door and you have to wait to get it. I was a little confused since this was my first time at the place, but Sierra was able to help me right away. I had a therapeutic massage and it was a great massage. I also enjoyed the fact that if it was your first visit there you get $10 off your first treatment! $80 for a massage isn't bad at all, I can definitely see myself coming back for more massages. The place is very clean and I like how close it is to my house!

As a former Massage Therapist, finding a great therapist is difficult when you have years of sports injuries. Body In Knead has provided me with a great therapist that is attentive, professional, and amenable. Penelope has provided the best of everything above. Above and beyond, she has a great sense of humor. I recommend Penelope for anyone with contraindications and as well for those that just want an overall kneading session.

If you know, you know... I appreciate nothing more than being able to make an appointment for a service online, without having to talk to a human, being able to type my name - rather than spell it out loud and answer uncomfortable questions. When I'm seeking a service and I don't have the need to talk to anyone, I LOVE ONLINE BOOKING OPTIONS!!! Body in Knead's website and online booking made it easy to identify what I wanted, which masseuse, and based on the information available, the decision making was easy.

I scheduled my appointment with Tiffany. I learned later that she'd only joined the practice recently, but I would have never known. She was beyond professional. I had sited an allergy in my original paperwork, to which she'd made sure the oils available did not impact my allergy. The massage was amongst the best I'd ever paid for. I communicated shortly into the massage that she could use additional pressure, and she acted appropriately and then checking in.

What had originally been a 'treating myself to a massage' visit, resulted in me purchasing a gift card for 3 additional massages down the road. Tiffany had kindly advised that Nathan is also known for deep tissue massage and to consider him for future massages as well. I'm looking forward to continuing the benefits of massage and checking out other masseuses within the practice.

Alexis gave the best massage I've ever had for chronic pain. I went from an 8 down to a 2 after her session. And my depression really lifted as a result of her work on me. Thank you Alexis. I will be back often!

Beyond a massage treatment. extremely sensitive to specific pains and areas of need. So relaxed following treatment. Grateful to find her.
