      I started working out with Bootcamp FX nearly a decade ago. I am still there and Curtis is as energetic and challenging as ever.

      I was in a car accident that for a while made it difficult to do certain exercises. Curtis would quickly come up with a modification that was equally as challenging. I have worked our with him individually and in a group setting.

      As long as I have worked out with Curtis he has been in great shape. He lives the lifestyle of fitness. He is always reading and educating himself and putting that knowledge into our workouts. If you see him between clients, he is either working out, listening to a podcast, learning a new language or absorbing information of some sort.

      For a decade he comes up with innovative workouts that challenge each participant at their fitness level. I love how he changes up the workouts to keep you guessing. The interaction with other members is always fun. In fact, group members have met up apart form the bootcamp for social events.

      Curtis knows how to push me when I truly think I cant do one more combat pull-up from a bar or box another round of 100. Even if I stop running in a drill he runs along side me to motivate me. He is an encourager. That doesn't mean easy, but he will always champion you and cheer you on (while you are out of breath and telling you to run another lap... or two).

      I worked out with him to prepare for a Spartan Race. He had me train in strength training, plyometrics, balance, speed, and endurance. I felt like I had a secret weapon over others in the race.

      He is extremely knowledgable about nutrition and small changes made a huge difference in my diet and wait loss. Implementing thee changes took the guess work out of eating. I know what it takes to maintain my weight.

      After 10 years, I have no need to change bootcamps because instead of many years of the same old workout, with Bootcamp FX I have many years of consistently excellent training and a fun group to workout with.

      I feel strong. I feel confident. I am informed. I can box. I can do extremely difficult pull-ups. Last week I bought a pair of pants and took them back because my waist was smaller than I thought. Thanks Curtis!

      First to Review

      I started Boot Camp FX a few months ago with expectations of raising my interest in physical fitness and re-energizing my overall workout regime. With classes available 4x a day, morning and evening, Boot Camp FX eliminates excuses and pushes each participant to achieving higher levels. The classes are friendly, and a great mix of people from every age bracket. I did research a few other camps, but and felt this was the best option because Curtis keeps the atmosphere light and easy going. The workouts are strenuous but lacks the brutal in-your-face boot camp attitude that I wanted to avoid.

      I have seen growth in my endurance, flexibility, arm size, and cardiovascular fitness.

      I have now been at Bootcamp FX for one month and it has been amazing. I've never been to a bootcamp before and wasn't sure what to expect. I have gone about 3x a week but even in just a few times, I have had a noticeable increased muscle mass and endurance. I never thought I would see results so quickly.
      Curtis is a great trainer and coach as he is friendly, motivational, and creative. Each workout has been different and he has just enough intensity to push me harder without wanting to give up. You will love him.
      He has a workout at 5:30 AM, 8:00-8:30 AM (my preference), and 6 PM. Sometimes there are 3 of us, sometimes there has been up to 8, but each time everyone is busy and working hard. I love getting there at 7:55 and out by 8:40 with a great sweat. It is quick and very efficient. The first week or so, I was so tired all day long (which tells me I was working new muscles), but now I feel great and ready to conquer the day!
      If you want to lose weight, build muscle, gain endurance this bootcamp will be great for you. Everyone I have met has been friendly and cool and a pleasure to work out with. You will love the others and love Curtis.

      I joined BootcampFX in September last year and it's been great! I didn't know what to expect when I first joined, but it was a intro deal and totally affordable so I decided to to just try it. It was surprising, how quickly I caught on. I haven't taken any kind of regular exercise class like this other than yoga (which is very different.) I knew I'd have a hard time keeping up with some of the harder stuff, but I got stronger and better quickly and was able to handle heavier weights and more difficult exercises.

      Curtis is great and the other "bootcampers" are supportive and encouraging and everyone helps each other out, especially in the beginning when you're learning how to do everything. No one yells at you. No fitness snobs here. You can come with no exercise habits under your belt and work your way up at your own pace. Curtis will adjust each exercise for you so that you can manage at your level and he'll push you when you're ready and you'll catch up to everyone else quickly. It's really a fun bunch of people and you'll look forward to starting your mornings with them.

      I've burned some fat, lost inches on my waist and legs and built up muscle in my legs, arms, back and shoulders. It's been great seeing and feeling these changes. I can do more and I have more energy and my clothes fit much better.

      If nothing else, it's just 30 minutes in the morning and then you move on with your day. Workout done! And it didn't even make a dent in your day. And you get a little bit of fresh air before you go to your job and jump into your weekly routine. I highly recommend trying it out for at least 2-3 months so that you can see and feel the differences in your body and energy level. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised and will hopefully become a regular.

      Oh, and you don't have to buy any equipment. Curtis brings everything.

      I'm closing out my third week with Curtis' bootcampfx and I feel stronger, more confident, and have more energy. After having my lil one 11 months ago I had not taken very good care of myself and felt weak and worn out. I saw the bootcamp going on in the park and they were a determined and focused group that seemed to be working as a team and working hard. I decided to commit to make time for myself and my health and signed up. Though nervous Curtis assured me to focus on getting a lil better each time and to not compare myself to others...at that point I knew I had found a good thing. Every workout is different and somehow Curtis choreographs it perfectly to ensure the best workout for everyone while managing so many different fitness levels. I'm loving it and I'm grateful.

      Before meeting Curtis, I had always been an active person, but I was also definitely someone who had a hard time fighting the temptation of the quick-fix if I was unsettled with results (i.e. diet pills/crazes of the moment).

      I had never been able to find a healthy balance or a body I was happy with. I needed to change, not only for my wedding gown at the time I started, but also for my health and for the loved ones around me who were also directly affected by my moodiness, when I constantly felt like I had failed.

      Being the girl who has tried everything, I can honestly say that there is no one or anything better than Curtis Ludlow & Bootcamp FX. While knowing the right times to push and always challenging me & other campers to reach beyond our goals in a positive way, the constant support and passion for his craft carries us through. He has taught me that you do not need a diet pill or extreme deprivation to be thin and healthy.

      I have been fortunate enough to train with him for almost five years and without his kick butt workouts each week I would not have remained sane through the ups and downs that life throws our way. From my wedding day to class reunions the change in my body has been a constant source of complimentary notice from family and friends. Curtis is known as the man who gave me "those arms." My personality, confidence level, and general approach to most situations have dramatically changed since Curtis came into my life and I plan on sticking with him forever. If you want to love your body and feel better about yourself and life in general, you need to join Bootcamp FX!

      I joined Bootcamp 2 months ago. I am sooooo addicted!! In the last 8 weeks, I have lost 7 pounds... and my energy has increased tremendously. I started bootcamp mainly because I was bored at the gym.. and wanted to join an activity where I would really be motivated. Boot camp FX definitely pushes me to another level. Its great! I never knew I could work out that hard! Curtis is great!! He works with everyone individually.. and each workout is customized to your level. I HIGHLY reccomend this program.

      5 years ago my life changed tremendously... taking a walk at the park I saw some people working out and I will see them everyday during my walks at the park.. one day I approached Curtis and I joined the Boot Camp, I was physically very ill and would walk in to the ER every other day. On the last five years I have been with Curtis I have not had the necessity to even see a Dr because I feel GREAT!!! I always remind Curtis that he saved my life.. I LOVE going to him and all my family attends his camp as well. He is part of my life and I strongly recommend Curtis Boot Camp. I feel very healthy and I also dropped from a size 14 to a size 6..       Since I have started Boot Camp it's been very motivating. I look forward to class each day. I feel so good after each class. It's been very energizing. Each day it's different and it's a total body workout. Curtis works every part of your body and is very encouraging.
