Matt was very polite and attentive (insisted on wearing shoe covers even though I told him it wasn't necessary).

He quickly diagnosed the issue. Tried to get it to go away temporarily (it was the electrical board on my gas range), and even swept behind the range before putting it back in place.

I was very happy to discover a really good, small family business.

Boss Appliance Repair was super helpful with our recent yr2014 Samsung washer fix. We were able to schedule the appointment online, without having to call. Huge perk, I hate calling!! We made the appointment on a Tuesday and they were here on Thursday morning. Their service fee just to come out was $109. Our total was $445. Expensive, however, we again have a functional washer with a 90-day warranty on it. Expensive company, but I also appreciated that we did not have to call to get an appt, also how fast they came out, also that they service Samsung appliances at all, and that there is a warranty. We'll consider using them again.

Very impressed with this family business! I had two separate issues with my fridge a few months apart. Each time the service was quick, affordable, and thoroughly explained to me. Matt didn't charge me for labor the second time which was very generous and kind. He definitely exceeded my expectations for appliance repair and I highly recommend!

My service call was prompt, the technician (Matt) was knowledgeable and got my stove door fixed the same day with no problems. I'd use them again for sure!

I am very impressed with this company. I called and they were out the next morning. A father and son operation and Matt the son came to my house. Matt patiently explained the problem with my dryer and priced out the repair. I was inclined to have him do the repair but he cautioned me that due to the age of the unit that if something else failed that the part may not be available. He showed me the list of discontinued parts. He recommended that I continue using the dryer in its current state and then just replace when it no longer operates. Most places would have just done the repair and not told me about the parts situation. This is an operation with integrity.

Matt has been so helpful, honest, and fair with his work. My wife and I are very thankful for his help! We highly recommend using their services.
