While this establishment has reopened to full capacity, they probably should have stayed closed. If I wanted a shitty pour in a vastly overpriced drink, I would have gone to the strip club next door. Save your money folks, this place is obviously about one thing, and one thing only- profit. But the band kicked ass.

After lunch at Red Fish Grill I decided to stop at bourbon street drinkery for a drank. It was nearly empty. It took the bartender about 5 minutes to even greet me. After being greeted I ordered titos tap strawberry lemonade which is already pre made and weak as hell. I'm a light weight when it comes to drinking so if I say its weak its just that. It taste like juice and for $12.75 I should be able to taste some alcohol. I need a little buzz while on vacation. Pls do better with customer especially when its not busy.

Been there on a Saturday night! Good live music. I didn't spent a lot of time at this place as I was pub hopping.
If you visit this place please try the specialty BUKSHOT (Redbull + Secret Ingredients that they don't tell) . Bartenders will make one for them as well if they serve it for you.

I stopped in here on a Friday and Saturday night during my visit to New Orleans. The Drinkery was not open during my previous visit to the French Quarter. My initial draw inside was the band that was playing. This would have been at approximately 10:30 PM. Band had a great sound and feel, all with no cover! Quality of the band could have definitely merited a cover.
I would end up spending at least two hours there Friday and another hour or so Saturday evening. Wait staff was friendly and professional. There was a solid cocktail program in place as well with crafted drinks.
I would highly recommend this bar for anyone looking for a good beverage, meeting up with someone/group, or enjoying a band.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Whitney H.Houston, TX1171613Jul 17, 2017
Just WOW. By far the CLEANEST place I have ever been on Bourbon and probably the quarter for that matter. Clean bathrooms and it's July and I was actually chilly the AC was AWESOME.
The second floor is more night club than bar and has a really dark expressive feel. very fancy and upscale for Bourbon.
Great cocktails including frozen Irish Coffee and Moscow Mules a friendly fun staff.
Great for all occasions!

Don't go for the food!!!!! The small piece of chicken and small serving of red beans cost $18. I don't mind paying that amount for a decent or delicious meal, but the chicken was dry and the beans were salty. The cooks were smoking while they worked, and there was a crazy staff member that would scream, yell, and jump at both the clients and other workers and no one told him to stop. He made me feel uncomfortable and I am not one to shy away from burbon street. However, this was the grill at 3pm. It was awful in all areas.

Not sure what happened here because I ordered 1 Old Fashioned with Basil Hayden and it cost me $26.50. WTF? I've never paid that much for any drink even in NYC or DC and conveniently she didn't provide me with an itemized receipt. I tipped $4 in a rush to get back to my friends and seeing that I spent $30.50 for 1 drink that wasn't even good is annoying. This spot should be called Hustle Street Drinkery.

Amanda, we always aim to please our customers. If you explain to your bartender that your drink is not to your liking, they make it to perfection. Most of our beverages (craft cocktails on draft) have over three ounces of liquor in them. Our pours are also hefty, so the old fashioned is made with over three ounces of liquor. We freshly squeeze our juices and make our concoctions with love. Best FREE music on the block, best staff, new and clean environment, and cleanest restrooms on Bourbon Street separate us from the rest. We also have Tito’s Vodka as our “well-Vodka” Premium drinks for premium clientele.
