If you've never been to a "hood" nail shop, you'll be sure to get the full experience here. That's not a bad thing either. The first time I came here, well over a year ago, I was taken aback by the amount of people inside. Every technician was occupied with a client while others stood, sat, leaned, as they all spoke. It was overwhelming for me, a person with social anxiety. At the same time though, it was a comfortable place to be, and they didn't mind me, or my stroller, or my kids. Don't judge me, I went impromptu. My nails came out great and I've been a regular ever since.

Don't get me wrong, until you find "your person", you may run into those who rush through your service, handle a little rough, or otherwise make your experience less than perfect. They do however do everything within their power to amend any issue should you bring it up. I've sat with at least half the techs at least once before I found my person who's name I will not be sharing because she's already always booked LoL.

With covid, there have been extra precautions with social distancing stations, masks, and plate windows. I'm a loyal customer here for a reason because even if you don't like the ambiance, they slay them nails baby!!

Absolutely horrible he wrecked my nail bed, wrecked it. I've never had any problems with my nailbed and all my 45 years of getting my nails done and this man wrecked my nail bed, completely wrecked it.

Good job, beautiful colors and fast service. The techs paid attention to detail and assisted my mom, my daughter and me at 7p. They welcomed us and saw to us right away and as soon as possible. They didn't rush us and treated us with respect under some trying circumstances with three loud, disruptive and disgruntled customers. They continued to work and didn't forget to ask if we were ok throughout the process. The prices are not bad, better than I've seen in some places, but the unnecessary drama from customers that may have just had a bad day I could've done without.

I asked for a simple ombré design. One of the techs told me she didnt want to do that she was going to do it just one color. But that's not what I asked for. so the nail tech next to her basically told her to mess them up and let me deal with them. and that's exactly what she did. I paid $70 for the sloppiest style ever on my hand. Very disappointed and now im in need of a new salon smfh

I've been going here for years and the disrespect that I got was atrocious the owner can be rude as hell at times. He doesn't understand when people pay they want what they paid for. I wanted the lady to fix my nails because it was messy, some spots weren't filled in and acrylic was everywhere. Moral of the story is he ended up yelling at me about how I'm not gonna get my money back even if they take it off and how nobody in the salon wants to do my nails because I refuse to leave there unless I am satisfied.

Last-minute nail salon needed, and I stumbled upon this shop. With semi-decent reviews, I wanted to like this place. However, it was like the Kentucky Derby of nails salon. Overcrowded, unorganized, and UNSANITARY. Beware; the foot wash (literary) station uses the same tools on every client's feet down to the toe separators. The only item that changed was the bag put over the bowl. The nail tech spent 12 min on my feet, and I'm not mad at that; any longer, I would need to amputate my feet. I will never return.

I reached out on Yelp to ask a few questions and got a quick response! I stopped in to see Jeanie, she was great! I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She was helpful and sweet. She engaged in convo with me and made sure I left the salon satisfied. I'll definitely be back! The salon is clean and organized. They offer a no fee atm, which was a huge help.

My nails always come out next level here. Love Brandon I get nails and toes done here with lots of jewels and designs. There great at design if ur interested in fashion nails

Love this place!! It was my first time there, I had been looking for a new place and found this gem on instagram. The inside was huge and very clean, everyone was very nice and friendly all smiles

The nail technician I had was Nick, he was so nice. He understood what I wanted and I got just that!! He took his time I did not feel rushed. Instead of just trying to make a quick buck he explained what he was gonna do and made sure I was satisfied!!!!

I reached out and the Owner immediately responded. When I let her know I was particular about my nails and how they are done, she said she would get back to me...she never did.

Poor customer service.
