Incredibly rude, wildly disrespectful behavior happens all the time. Often it's a little bit of everyone's fault, and maybe it's just a bad day. However this pharmacy was not only all of those things and more. After a disagreement over the phone when I went to pick up my medication two days later, a new pharmacist started in on me when I had said nothing but my name and birthday, refusing to listen to anything I had to say (despite not being there for the initial disagreement), then refusing to fill my prescription in its entirety because it would be too expensive for them and they plain "didn't want to." (this, despite also telling my doctor they could fill the prescription as ordered).

Disagreements happen, arguments happen, but to have it carry over multiple days, to instigate it a second time, to refuse to fill a prescription as prescribed (despite having done so previously) -- Brent Air Pharmacy is a much better choice now and forever.

Mea culpa both Brentwood Pharmacy and Brentwood Plaza Pharmacy. I totally messed up when I checked in at the former while standing in the later making a minimal purchase prior to my dental appointment eight floors above. Now I'm getting Yelp email prompts to review your business.

In the spirit of making things right: I see by so many positive Brentwood Pharmacy reviews, this is a place of integrity not unlike Brentwood Plaza Pharmacy which is perhaps a branch location?

Again, I was not in/at your business but based on what I've read, perhaps I should be in the future...

Impossible to reach anyone on the phone which renders me unable to obtain my prescriptions. Have tried with several prescriptions at various different times. I wanted this pharmacy to work for me because i live nearby but I need a pharmacy that is easier to reach with better hours.

I am a medical professional & I interact with many pharmacists at the hospital where I work on a daily basis . I am very impressed with Dr. Naamjoo 's knowledge , professionalism & excellent costumer service .

I get my medications from them once in a while. Best service, fast and friendl people. Awsome.

It conveniently located which is great. The pharmacy is organized and very clean. The staff unfortunately can at times be really rude and cold. Prescription refill time is average.

Excellent service ,very organized ,in and out ,not long waits unlike big franchise pharmacies ,I still don't understand why some one would go any where else and not using a place family run like this ,stay away from big business ,support local businesses and get better service and better prices ,

I pick up prescriptions from this place often, and the lady here is very kind and patient. I appreciate that very much. At first this place was hard to get to, but once you discover that there is parking in the back, then it becomes an easy run to do.

Clean Pharmacy, Terrible Staff.

First let me start off by saying that I am a medical professional and never in my entire career have I ever encountered such callousness and indifference. The young woman who helped me did not seem to care that I had a time sensitive matter which needed to be resolved before the store closed at 2pm. While I won't fault her for requiring sufficient documentation, I will fault her for her poor attitude and arrogant demeanor. The old aphorism, "where there is a will there is a way", seems to have escaped her. A quick search on this review page revealed that I am not the only one who has had a problem with her, and will probably not be the last.
If I can pinpoint where our healthcare system started going downhill, I would say it was right around the time we started tolerating behavior like this. Our first priority as healthcare providers is and always will be the patient, and yet the only priorities this woman seems to have are related to making her job easier and getting off work in time.
It seems abundantly clear the only reason she works there is because of someone else's largesse, since if this were any other job, she would have been fired a long time ago. I sincerely hope the owner of this business realizes what kind of people are representing his establishment and takes steps to ensure that this kind of unprofessional behavior never happens again.
