Bridgemill Pets

New to the area, I posted a question on Facebook, asking for recommendations on where to have my Scottish Terrier groomed. Several people kindly recommended Bridgemill Pets, in particular a lady named Julie. I called to make an appointment and Julie answered, remembered my name! With what my puppy and I call going to the "beauty shop," Bridgemill Pet's "beauty shop" did a wonderful job and once again my 11+ year old Scotty "Daisy" looked marvelous! (She's beautiful anyway and her daddy tells her that all the time).

So I highly recommend Bridgemill Pets and they're more than just a grooming shop, they are well stocked with high quality pet food and supplies. Not to knock Pet Smart or other such retailers, here you have caring people ant the atmosphere is very friendly.

She needed her undergrowth to be brushed out. We talked about possibly shaving her for the summer but never anticipated a complete shave down! She is bald! Besides being bald she had knicks all over where the clippers cut her. Do not bring your pets here!

I like this pet boutique. They have a really good selection of pet food including the higher end foods I like to feed my dog.

They have a large variety of treats and lots of toys. My friend regularly takes her shi tzu there for dog grooming and she is happy with the job they do.

Since this is in the shopping center with Publix there is ample parking.

This pet store is a rare gem! It's a strip-mall size shop, but with everything I need for my dog and more. Much more than I can find at PetSmart. They carry the top dog food brands, including Origen, which has meats or fish as the first ten or so ingredients. Very healthy, and my dog loves it. More large-warehouse sized stores don't carry it, like PetSmart, but Bridgemill Pets does! Many other top brands and treats as well. My favorite thing about this shop is their toy selection. They have the best toys, including, ChuckIt Frisbees, Kong, and adorable and durable novelty toys like Mr. Bill ("oh nooooooo!"), who my dog loves and knows by his exclamation. We're now on Mr. Bill #5, she loves him so much. Everyone asks where we got him. Thank you BridgeMill Pets!

They are helpful, friendly, and practical. I started using them a couple of months ago and I just found out they placed our order to come in regularly without me even asking. Speaking of "our order": we get Fussie Cats and our cats LOVE it so much more than the grocery store stuff we were giving them. Now (at least in my case) don't go in there and expect a conversation with anyone--these people are not the most loquacious, but they are all very knowledgeable.

The employment is absolutely and utterly atrocious. "Julie" hit my dog and thought I didn't see, well I saw. Thanks but no thanks, better off taking your business to PetSmart.

Best place for grooming and pet supplies. The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly.

Great store. Love the staff. Always very helpful. Care more about you than the sale.
