Without a doubt, Dr. Bassiri is the greatest dentist. I have been a patient of his for many years.

Dr. Bassiri is passionate about providing the best possible care to his patients. He is kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain each procedure.

Dr. Bassiri does outstanding work. In addition, he has a wonderful staff.

Dr. Bassiri and his entire team gave me the best dental care I have ever received. My fear of going to the dentist has completely changed due to the gentle and amazing care I received. Recently, Dr. B removed all four of my wisdom teeth and I was in complete amazement at the lack of pain I felt. Not only does he and his staff ensure to walk you through every detail of your dental work, but they execute in a way that makes you feel completely relaxed and with minimal to no pain. I am so glad I found Bright Dental Care and will continue to refer all friends and family. Thank you Dr. B and team!

The communication with this office has been terrible. You can call and leave messages and no one will call you back. I didn't want to try this office again but someone convinced me to try and so I actually made contact and made an appointment. I received a call a few days before my appointment but there was no message. I called back that evening and left a messagw confirming that I could attend my appointment and repeated the date and time, so if there was an issue then they would tell me. I arrive and I am told that my appointment is on the next day. They have no record of my message. I said they did not leave me a message (supposedly they had an earlier opening). I canceled my appointment. I made a long drive for nothing.

DR.BASSIRI D.D.S. is hands down the best dentist EVER! His staff is also so caring, and informative I would recommend anyone seeking dental work to visit BRIGHT DENTAL CARE, you wont regret it!! P.S. I never felt any pain, or had any problems with his brilliant dental care!! HOORAY BRIGHT DENTAL CARE!!!

!!!! Don't come here unless you want to wait for an hour and not even get seen.

Had an appointment for 9:40 and waited an hour until I asked the receptionist when I would be seen she said she would check. Then the other lady came and asked to rebook me to a slower day. I wasted an hour of sick time to come in and sit in the waiting room. Their excuse was "we have a family of 3 children that just came in", which is not an excuse because those should be better planned. They even sent away the kid before me who had been waiting longer than me too.

Waste of time.

Former Long term patient but never again.

My wife saw him on June 9 where told needed crowns which hurt and resulted in visiting him every 2 weeks until January when able to switch to Beach Dental group who fixed in 1 visit.

To Summarize:
1. Never tested for root canal which was identified 2 months later.
2. Never did a cast for crown so both attempts at permanent crown were way too big.
3. Told needed gum surgery to lengthen thankfully saw other dentist that said was no need since plenty of tooth. This would have been a procedure with high infection risk to cover his mistakes and 8 weeks to recover.
4. Dr. Bassiri says he will refund cost of procedure, cover lengthening and add new crowns back. My mistake not in writing.
5. Lied to about covering costs. This despite all of us being long time patients who have paid thousands of dollars out of pocket to him plus the tens of thousands insurance paid him. Biller said was our word vs his. Nice...

This people are hardcore, upsell scam artists. I have an insurance policy, under which this Quack accepts patients. My policy provides a free cleaning. Upon my initial exam, they tried to sell me a $800 "Deep Cleaning." I stated that I did not want that, but just my free cleaning under the policy.

The Quack Dentist refused to honor the policy and provide my free cleaning unless I paid her $800 for the "Deep Cleaning."

TRUST ME. Avoid this Quack. Mark my words, if you go you will be subject to a hardcore Upsell, and refusal of Benefits unless you give in to their demands.

My Dental Insurer has contacted the Quack regarding the refusal to honor my insurance policy and will terminate the Quack's right to treat the Insurer's patients.

They are scam artists.

Liars!!!Scam!! Low down dirty con artists ---seriously beware of the two faced staff Teresa, Celine, and Dr. Koroush Basirri, Dr. Danielle Lam, all caught in lies, crooks. Ripped off for $4,000 work done during covid-19, no refund or justice, can't believe this is possible so unhappy and wrecked with these teeth they messed up. On top of it all they overcharged me didn't run my insurance. I have great insurance said Bright Dental Care was not supposed to charge me for a cleaning $320. My Insurance had to explain to this useless staff that clearly doesn't do there job that it should be covered. Still staff won't communicate or charge my insurance, still haven't received money months later. Watch video below.

*****Be worn of overpriced dental work, they will bill your insurance at a ridiculous amount. Also there is no transparency between dental office and patients. Dental office will ask you to return to get oral work done without letting you know the up front cost and you'll be at a shock to figure out you have to pay out of pocket. So don't waste your time like in my case. In addition I have never heard of having to pay $50 for a copy of my insurance plan. Also when asked if I may obtain a copy of my medical records, they said no!! As they stated "everything was digital" which make no sense to me due to the fact you can print a screen shot of the file with ease, and last time I checked you were entitled Patient copys of your medical records under HIPPA law.

Overall bad experience, would not recommend!!!

Was referred to this location by my younger sister because of the great treatment she received during a dental emergency.
So I came and sure enough everything my sister said was correct, these people are beyond amazing. Very friendly and caring and gentle. The dentist, Dr. Bassiri amazing to say the least. He is very informative, explains everything prior to the procedures, has gentle hands and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. Claudia his assistant she is super easy going and also explains everything, answers all my questions and makes you fee comfortable. I told my boss about this location and my entire family...we have finally found our new dentist!
