New dental insurance. Went today for a basic cleaning for free. Was told I needed a "deep cleaning" costing $1400. I said I couldn't afford that, I would just like the basic cleaning. They said "no." No Hippocratic oath in dentistry.

I have been seeing Dr. White for a few years now. I think she and her staff are awesome. I absolutely love the music that plays in the office, the good music certainly helps relieve the anxiety of dental cleanings for me. I never have to wait a long time to be seen here, parking is a breeze, very convenient. I have never had any billing issues here, all in all, I definitely recommend Dr. White.

I love Dr white and the employees there. They are professional, helpful and know their expertise. The staff is very friendly and Sasha took her time to explain my dental benefits after having work.done on my tooth.
The dental office is about 3 to 4 rooms and had a front desk. They maintain a clean environment (the bathroom is also clean) I am mentioning that cause nobody would want to go to a dental office were things were neglected.
I went for a cleaning and also I was having some pain in my tooth. She was able to point out that one of my tooth needed some work done. After the operation, she personally called to check on me the next day.
Definitely recommend Dr white!

I just left my cleaning appointment and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. White and the office staff. I have been going to Dr. White for about two years, she is always personable and professional also they have always run on time which is always nice.
I felt very comfortable with all the precautions they are taking during Covid, from hand washing and special mouthwash for me prior to my cleaning along with their head to toe gowns masks and shields.
Plus my teeth look and feel great!

Just had a root canal done - Dr. White and her staff did an incredible job (my mouth is not easy) for an out-of-pocket cost that was far less than I thought it would be.

Referring everyone I know to Bright Whites on Old Franconia Rd, including my wife!

I went to Brightwhites because I was in pain. They were able to see me the same day. Since this was day before Christmas I was in panic because I had my family over. Dr. White did Root Canal and got me out of pain. Entire staff was very nice and friendly. I'm looking forward to coming back for my crown.

If you want a dentist that's going to listen to your concerns and give you honest feedback, Dr. White is your person. She's so sweet and really cares about what she does. The entire visit is easy and hassle free. The staff is friendly and everyone is there to make sure you have a comfortable visit. I highly recommend her!!!!
