Workers here are really cool, down to earth and they try to make your experience pleasant. They do get busy sometimes and you feel like you've been doing the same rep for an hour but it's more rare than common and when they know you're on a schedule it's basically the same thing every time. I came here in extreme pain could barely walk and went for a couple of not a few months, I'm back on my feet and just with some patience it paid off and I feel back to normal

Therapist Greg told me during my evaluation that he didn't know if he could help me or not . It stuck In my head when I went there. Anyway none of the therapists helped me. So now I am going for therapy where my orthopedic surgeon recommended. And now today May 7th 2021 I have to pay my bill $169.40 which is a waste of My money, time and My effort. I do NOT recommend Broadway Physical Therapy which is located on a major high whick sucks!!

Gee nice thing to tell me. Anyway that stuck in my head every time I went there. Then I kept telling thee therapists that my left hip was hurting also. They kept telling me it was compensating for my right hip. Boy were they wrong. Just went to my Orhopedic surgeon and he said " I have arthritis in my left hip". He also said I could get an injection in my left hip which I plan on letting him do as soon as he returns from vacation. Anyway noone from Broadway Physical Therapy has ever called me to see how I'm doing now. Don't matter anyway as I am NEVER going back there again!!! Do not recommend them!!!
Apr 26, 2021Previous reviewObviously I didn't get any better. And during my evaluation the therapist said he couldn't promise me that I would get any better which stuck in my head. Also located on a major highway which I didn't like and found it hard to drive to get there which brought back bad memories for me anyway. And the only separation to other patients there was only a curtain which I hated. Also noone ever called me to see how I am doing today. It doesn't matter anyway since I will NEVER go back there again if I ever need therapy again for something else which I pray I never do!!!

And noone from there has even contacted me to see how I'm doing. Oh well. I really don't care anyway cause I won't be going back there ever again!!

Nor did anyone there contact me to see how I'm doing....Oh well...I really don't care anyway. Driving there was really inconvenient for me too. And that place also brought back bad memories for me.

Collectively, everyone cares about your wellbeing and will do whatever they can to make you feel better and relieve pain. The staff are all friendly and welcome feedback to improve if there's a downfall. Highly recommended!!

Glaucia A.Revere, MA117Feb 24, 2014First to ReviewI went to Broadway Physical Therapy for a massage and left very pleased. I had a very stiff back and after the massage it felt like it was brand new. The massage therapist was really nice, polite, very skilled and worked on the spots I needed the most. Totally recommend this place to everybody!
