CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS . the ONLY young guy who works there because this is a family owned business has a attitude issue . i ordered a small pizza at 4:53 he told me 20 mins . i get to the place there was a family ahead of me waiting (that's fine ) but it's now 5:38pm as i'm writing this review and i still have not got my "SMALL" pizza . then he fulfills another customer who had came in after me more quicker and everything and they got more things so i don't get it .

if i order more things do i get my order faster or something? then when i yell " excuse me i was here before the lady" he completely ignores me and continues talking to the customer who came in after me like really?


rude plain rude . i wish i could give 0 stars this place sucks now nothing like it used to be .

very very bad food , I ordered Alfredo pasta it's completely disgusting Alfredo sauce it's old and rotten I ate it now my stomach is killing me , and onion rings freezing cold with out any sauce . bad bad experience never again .

First time trying this place and it is BY FAR the worst place to get chicken ziti Alfredo. From the moment I picked it up I knew it was going to be gross from the smell alone. It smelled like feet and the Alfredo was chunky and thrown on top of spaghetti with chicken that wasn't cooked all the way through. I am so disgusted I couldn't even finish one bite.

Growing up I always loved their steak and cheese subs! I don't live in Lowell anymore but every time I visit, it's a must to stop here and get food! I love that it's family owned and has reasonably priced food!

How does this place have a four star rating??? It's trash. I got a Caesar salad and threw it right out. Then I thought it was just the salad so I got a pizza, and it's disgusting. 0/10 do not recommend

We have been coming here for years and always enjoyed it. The food was really good, the prices were great, and the service was always above and beyond.

However, we decided to stop in earlier this year due to not being by for a while and were actually disappointed (which is why I put four stars and not five). We ordered two chicken finger dinners (as we had done dozens of times before). But they changed the type of chicken fingers and it just wasn't good at all. If you have something good, don't change it. We have had their pizza, subs, and mozzarella sticks in the past and everything used to be great. Im not sure if they have changed any of that, since we haven't been back since they changed their chicken finger dinners.

The only other downsides of this place is there is no parking lot. You have to struggle to find parking on the street. The place is always filled with addicts that come in and beg for free food. Other than that the place deserves five stars. The service from the older employees are always above and beyond. I wish they just didn't change their chicken fingers, which makes us hesitant to go back. All of the negatives of this place were always put aside due to how good their food and service was.

I've ate here since a young kid and the owners were always generous and polite to us as kids and would sometimes. give us complimentary fries!!. I was short a couple times without realizing it and they let me slide for a balance of 5 bucks. most stores won't let you leave without paying the 2 cents you don't have.. love this this place. but I'm dieting now lol

This place is in the bad end of the neighborhood and looks so sketchy! But, they make really good cheese steaks, I recommend getting the steak bomb! I think if you get the cheese steak, it also comes with a large french fries all for $5.00 tax free, just ask if it comes with fries! They also have extremely large french fries and onion rings for $2.00! Eat the french fries quickly while they are still crunchy and hot because after like 30 minutes it would get soggy! Slices of cheese pizza are $1.00 each, it's not on the menu, but you can ask for it.

They have no parking lot, so you would have to park out on the street. Beware of hookers around this area late at night! My friend actually drove by this area and a hooker tried to get in his car at the stop light because she thought he was a customer! LOL!

Possible a front for something more shady, Brother Pizza is run by some old dude and his slave of a relative locals affectionately like to call "Slave Lady." She is the nicest person alive and loves to see you.

Due to some shipping error, Brothers Pizza has a large amount of mayonnaise on reserve and will ask you if you want it on anything.
"Mayonnaise?"
"Absolutely not."

This place has really good pizza and really good steak and cheese, and you get free french fries. I don't think I have ever spent more than 6 dollars at this place. If you bring a 10 dollar bill and 4 ones, they will take the ones over the 10 because more dollars means more money.

The price is amazing, quality maybe not so much, but for the price, and the amazing service and comedy that you can find inside (usually the customers), I still find myself coming to Brothers Pizza, again and again.
