Lauren and Jim are just good people! Cordial, on time, friendly, hard working, everything you could want in terms of junk removal. They came within an hour of initial contact, let me know price ahead of time, chatted and worked with a smile. If you need junk removal, don't overthink it, just call Lauren and Jim, done and dusted!

Too bad you can't give a higher rating than 5 stars. This is the second time in a year we've used the services of Buh Bye Junk. The first time was to get rid of unwanted stuff to prepare our home to be put on the market. Most recently we are cleaning out to move to our forever home. We couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service, patience and easy-going temperament of Jim and Lauren. They're prompt, flexible and are constantly on the move while on site. We are thrilled that not everything we get rid of will be sitting in a landfill. We HIGHLY recommend Jim and Lauren!!!

Fabulous service! I moved into my new house a month ago and had been steadily accumulating empty boxes, construction debris, giant bags of packing paper, and various other purged items in my garage (to the point where I couldn't even fit my car inside). Jim and Lauren to the rescue! I called them on a Monday, they showed up on Wednesday with their shiny new truck, and within about 20 minutes they had my entire garage emptied and swept sparkling clean. I really appreciated their responsiveness, their flexibility, and their timeliness. Plus, they are just AWESOMELY nice people. So friendly and pleasant to work with. And the pricing is very reasonable!

This is the perfect service for people who are moving in or out of homes, helping elderly parents downsize, or just trying to get rid of decades' worth of old stuff.

Five stars does not start on how well it went removing furniture and various televisions out of our home.

The pricing is more than fair. Lauren spends time explaining the entire pricing process of the job.

The entire process took one hour. We could not be more pleased. The customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to get junk out of their home.

Lauren and Jim are fantastic. When they discovered some tables and shelving I had for them to take wouldn't fit, instead of making it my problem, they sawed them in to manageable pieces. When the fridge wouldn't fit out the door, they took 2 doors off the house -- other junk services have told me in cases like that that I have to take care of the problem myself. Apparently, I also should have taken the fridge door off -- they did that too! In addition to all this, they did it all on a Saturday night because that was the best time for me. And all at an incredible price. I don't plan on using any other junk service again except for Buh Bye Junk.

We needed to get rid of some furniture - a recliner and an office chair. We tried the transfer station and recycling places in the area and no luck. We requested a quote from Buh Bye Junk in the morning. We received a response within the hour from owner Jim. He asked for pictures and once received immediately sent a reasonable quote.
We made arrangements to have the furniture picked up the same day. Jim communicated with us throughout the day and even asked if they could come earlier than planned. Both Jim and Lauren were very professional each in masks and gloves which was important to us. We paid through Venmo and our chairs are gone!

It was a great experience! Arrived on time and even called me ahead of time to let me know how far away they were and their ETA. Cleared some appliances and construction debris from a kitchen remodel in 25 minutes, no questions asked. Very professional and for such an easy experience - it's worth the price.
