Thank you so much for coming out quickly!
I was so concerned about the problems that were found in our roof after Savage Roofing made even errors that I could see when replacing our roof. I'm relieved no decking looks like it needs to be changed. I'm also glad that you only found two sections that need to be replaced unless your photos that you took reveal something more in your report tonight.
I was really impressed with your drone
technology.
I'm also very impressed that you came out within 18 hours after my husband spoke with you.
I was so scared after the mess the left behind by the roofers that we're still cleaning up from even after one month of me picking up many more nails.
Thank goodness that it looks like they don't have to replace big sections of the roof! I'm glad you found the sections that need to be redone!
I thought, what in the world has been has been done to my roof that I can't see after the roofers left when it was pitch black outside.
Time was of the essence to get your report before the roofers come back on Friday. Within 18 hours you were here!

He took his time and went over every single detail with us and made sure that we were able to see all the things that needed to be fixed on the house with explanations. We even got a cool book for first time home buyers that goes over all different kinds of repairs and general maintenance that comes with a house.
