Burger Baron Restaurant

BB has been a reliably excellent Chicago-style food establishment for decades. I can personally attest to 13 years of big, juicy, delicious burgers; crispy, perfectly salted fries; fast, friendly service. There are a bevy of options for your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but my personal favorite is the 1/3rd charbroiled burger. It's a generously sized patty: cooked to perfection by the seasoned staff, juicy without overwhelming the bun, and flavorful with or without condiments. I like to get a swirl cone on summer afternoons; during which time you'll most likely encounter a line. But it's always worth it.

This was the blandest most underwhelming chicken I've ever tasted... I think I had what 2 olives???
What a joke..

1. They charge you for credit card processing and don't mention it anywhere. Thanks for charging me to give you money. Scumbags.

2. Screwed up my order, so I came back in and explained situation. Huffy and puffy moron that made it acted like I ordered the wrong thing, not he screwed the pooch.

3. Gave me the chicken gyro, and plated my food for another woman. Gross!!!!

Over priced low quality burgers for being the baron of burgers this meat is not appetizing however, it is cooked over an open flame. The meat just doesn't shine through. I've tried this restaurant several times, giving it a fair chance. Please do not go here.

Very extensive menu with awesome milkshakes!

$17.77 for a Philly cheesesteak with no meat all peppers, onion and cheese. Tables are falling apart, place is a dump!

We love this place. Whether we need a greasy breakfast sandwich or find ourselves too tired to cook or order takeout we call and pop over here for a chicken pita or an Emergency Hotdog. One time they even let me buy a bag of pita off them because I forgot it at the grocery store and had guests coming. A real gem of a place

I live across the street, so I eat here pretty often. Have tried a lot of the food and have really enjoyed it!! There are so many things on the menu. The employees are super friendly and bring the food to your table. Service always seems to be pretty quick. Also the AC is always nice and blasting which has been great during this heat. Only taking one star off because it is just a little bit overpriced for what you get.

The workers here are plain ole rude. I've been here three times and have consistently gotten unneeded attitude from the order takers. I just don't understand why. Decent food but bad, very bad service.

Had a gyro plate with fries and cream of chicken soup. Top notch. Absolutely delicious. Staff were polite and friendly. Followed COVID protocol (I ate in). The side booths have barriers between them. Will return when I have that craving. They take Apple Pay.
