Very unprofessional job. First time customer. She got great reviews on Facebook so thought I'd try her. I had six items. She just folds the hems up so they are double in thickness and doesn't press. Two things have puckered material on the outside which I could not iron straight. They will have to be taken down, cut and redone. I'm not sure if it's even possible without the machining showing. The dress pants had a cut slit on the side and this was just folded up. I have had other seamtress put the slit in. Very disappointing. Maybe she's better with formal wear as that is what is shown on her site.

This was my third dress and it was perfect, it just needed to be altered a week before my event. Poonam and Butterfly Creations came to the rescue! The alterations were as described and just was the dress needed. Poonam was friendly and knowledgeable. I received so many compliments, it was a great experience!

We had a horrible experience with Butterfly Creations. My daughter explained to Poonam what she wanted done with her wedding gown - to remove a section in the middle of the back to make it backless and add the lace straps that were included with the gown at purchase. It also needed to be taken in the waist and hem it. Poonam told her it was impossible to remove the back section, because the dress would be too heavy for the straps. After more than two weeks, we picked up the gown, which was sitting on the porch in a box, rather than on a hanger, and it had not even been ironed or steamed. The only thing that had been done was the hem and that was done poorly - it curled upward instead of laying flat. The waist and back section had not been taken in at all, so it was still way too big (In the photo, we have overlapped the mid-back section and pinned it to see if we could fix it ourselves). A dear friend, who is a lovely seamstress (but retired, so we didn't want to bother her initially) came to the rescue. Not only did she do the impossible - remove the mid-back section and attach the straps - she did it all within 24 hours. We will never recommend Butterfly Creations

And even after you tried to entice Michaela back, she was so disappointed in the condition that she had lost trust. You should have been there at the time of pick-up, so she could have tried the dress on before it left your shop. To receive it back in a box, not ironed didn't seem professional. The measurements were either considerably off or that section of the dress was just not altered. Additionally, and most importantly, what you deemed the impossible, was able to be done. End of story.

My dress needed minor alterations and I took it in worried I wasn't sure how to make my bridesmaids dress look better and fit better and Poonam did such an amazing job!! It looked perfect!! Thank you!!!

I recently had a bridesmaid dress altered at the top and hemmed at the bottom. I will start by saying she was a very sweet lady to work with, but my good experience ends there. I was given a date and time slot to pick up my dress and when i told her I was on my way, she rescheduled right away to the next morning saying she sent me a message to tell me and blamed it on bad internet connection. I never got a message. I finally got my dress, drove to Chicago where the wedding is, and then tried it on...which was all my fault but since I had to reschedule the pick up time, I was already on my way out of town and in a rush. Anyways, the dress was horrible. It didn't fit. She then attempted to "argue" with me about the work via Facebook messenger. The work I was promised was not done. She did eventually refund my money in full, but then quickly blocked me on facebook to avoid having me leave a bad review. Avoid butterfly creations at all costs please!!!
