Wanted cash upfront, I prefer to go into an office before I pay. I'm not sure about doing anything over the phone and Internet. Especially legal matters.

It sounds like there was a misunderstanding. We do mostly perform services like creating a deed or other simple transactions in one appointment only. We offer at all times to come into the office or to handle the services by phone and email until it is time to sign the documents which need to be notarized in our office. Notarization is included with all services which must be done in person.

My husband & I requested Probate for his Mother's home, trust & other simple financial issues as she left no will. Time is important here because debtors & Mortgage Companies don't like to wait. They were paid a set fee of $2,500 & want 2% of the home's worth ($12,000). 3 months go by & nothing was filed. I had to call frequently to get it done. Needless to say, the mortgage wants to foreclose & mom's bank account was drained by another family member. Basically all they do here is paperwork. If you can, spend the extra $$ & get an experienced attorney. If it's something very important to you! It's worth it.

I'm sorry you're unhappy. As we discussed, there was a problem with your court filing payment method 2 times, which caused delays. Everything was prepared timely as promised, filed and billed as we discussed in your initial consultation. We cannot force the court to process the file any faster, though we wish we could.
