Cadence Physical Therapy

I saw Cadence on Facebook and thought I would try it.
David was my Physical therapist and is excellent at addressing my ailments . He seems very passionate about his profession and progressive in expanding his knowledge. I rescheduled with him and hope to restore and strengthen my body.

At Cadence Physical Therapy, the patients do come first, and I was able to see this firsthand. Having never gone through physical therapy before, I had my doubts on how much physical therapy would help my arm pain and discomfort. My wife who is a pediatric PT recommended that I try out Cadence Physical Therapy because of the advertised 40 minutes of one-on-one interaction time with a PT without any double booking. My wife told me that this was not common at out-patient physical therapy locations. As usual, my wife was correct!
Dr. David Thomas and team are extremely knowledgeable, attentive to patient needs, detail-oriented, and very personable to work with. Dr. David focused on relieving the pain and strengthening the core muscles, and he was always willing to offer sets of exercises to do at home. The staff at Cadence Physical Therapy made my experience such a memorable one and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for PT services.

The patient experience at Cadence is top notch - it's unique and special. Dr. Nelli Ban is incredibly responsive and accommodating and really cares about her patients and their lives. I gained trust and confidence in Nelli immediately after chatting with her by phone and then meeting the first time. The personal attention from Dr. Ban is really unique and she is very easy to open up and talk with. Her staff is very warm and caring and make the experience comforting. I absolutely recommend Nelli and Cadence. You - like me - will be very happy they are part of your recovery.

The one on one and individualized treatment that my mother received from Cadence Physical Therapy is top notch. Being in the healthcare field, we know how important rapport is when building trust to ensure maximum effort and results. Dr David, my mother's physical therapist is not only one of the nicest people you will meet, but he truly cares. My mom sensed it from the first day and her recovery from right knee replacement has been an incredible experience. As Dr. David has said from start, it really comes down to the patient's effort and dedication in their recovery. But without a doubt Dr David and Cadence Phyical Therapy's staff deserves our 5 of 5 stars. We fully recommend this facility!
