1) 4/5 review of Gelato. Rich and creamy. Probably one of the better ones we had in 4 days.
1) 2/5 review of the espresso. We sat in and had an espresso $3Euro and $4Euro. Took a long time to come and it was definitely the price of sitting near the bridge.
Conclusion: get the gelato and sit at the ledge outside. Get your coffee fix somewhere out of the bridge area.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nicola C.Edinburgh, United Kingdom603778613Sep 12, 2015
I literally just finished gelato from here: one scoop of peanut butter and one of pistachio. The €3.50 tub is the perfect size.
I think this is legitimately the closest thing to heaven I've experienced on earth. - My friend and I are planning to come back tomorrow because it was just SO good.
Perfection.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Brooke M.Tualatin, OR1229Aug 25, 2018
This gelato was SO GOOD. All homemade. Highly recommend the dark chocolate and the raspberry. Also had the Stracciatella with caffe and it is awesome!! One of the best I've had in Italy so far...

The best gelato ever! Truly artesenal!
I've had a lot of gelato in my life.
All fresh ingredients.
For example, the peach gelato is filled with little chunks of real fresh peach. Pistachio is so nutty and good! Watermelon was thirst quenching in the Italian heat.
I went back 3 times in 2 days because it was so good. Better than Grom, which I raved about.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Deanna S.Seattle, WA14208Feb 17, 2012
The gelato here was excellent, I had the Fiore di Latte with the Coffee Chocolate Chip. A great combination. I also had lunch here, ordered the Dante Panini, it was probably the best I had in Florence and believe me I ate a lot of panini while I was there. Both times.
The price was good and the service was good. One woman in particular was great at helping me pick out a second gelato flavor to go with Fiore di Latte (my favorite).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hui C.Oakland, CA19220898Sep 7, 2012
Fan-freaking-tastic gelato! Friendly service. They were cool with us sitting on their patio and did not charge a fee. It's a stones throw from Ponte Vecchio but off the main artery so it wasn't too crowded when we went.
Definitely will go back next time in Firenze!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Brandon G.Positano, Italy143033Apr 12, 2015
Nothing to special about this place as far as food goes. We ordered their pizza and it wasnt anything spectacular. Its not as big of a tourist trap as you would think, considering how close it is to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi museum.

Gabriel, if you are reading this...grazie!
This place used to be my go to gelateria...their pistachio was the bestest...well...something changed...but the service made up for it. My girlie LOVES it...maybe is the history of mommy's fave haunt? Who knows. My other fave being the yogurt al fruitti di bosco is exactly the same as I remember it...
We (mom-in-law, girlie and I) stopped for a gelato while hubby met up with old friends. Normally, it is verboten to sit when you only order a gelato...very typical Italian...just like at a bar...one pays to sit. With an elderly and child in tow, Gabriel offered us a table! We graciously accepted it...
We went back again a day after...not only did he recognize us...he offered us a table again...when I decided to have a hot tea after we were finished with the gelatos...he offered us to sit indoors!
As promised, Gabriel...here's my 5 star Yelp review :-)
"See you next year", as you said...ciao!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 9, 2012Previous reviewLove their gelato...it's SO delicious! 5 stars for their gelato...but not the line and the way they do not really know who's next....but that's Italian....take it or leave it.
Hands down it's the best gelato in Florence for me. Their pistachio and frutti di bosco (yogurt base)? To die for.... - Anita G.Miami Beach, FL837540673Dec 28, 2015
I love this place I always come here for their nocciola gelato sooooo good! The service is fast and good, prices are very affordable even tho they are in tourist packed ponte vecchio. It's my little Oasis in piazza dei pesci! Even in cold weather I eat the gelato there!
