service was of the highest quality. the two guys that were assigned to come by were super nice and friendly, they were knowledgeable and were sure to answer any questions. they worked quickly and did an incredible job., the carpet smelled/looked great. I would 100% hire them again.

I had my upholstery cleaned after my cat urinated all over my couch. I paid extra for the pet treatment service. Unfortunately my couches still smell. The business is very friendly and easy to work with. We handled most of our communication over text which was very helpful. I was not satisfied with my service and they came out the next day and cleaned my couches again! Very friendly very nice. My couches look great, for the most part! I would use their service again.

I used them for the first time and they asked if I wanted to add base board wipe down . Extra $25 from the package I was paying for . They didn't wipe them down , they used a machine which did not clean them, they left them worse with black marks from machine and scuffed all the corners of the base boards. We reached out to the company and the way they handled the situation was terrible . He immediately blamed us and said it was from our vacuum . I am aware of how my base boards were prior to this machine cleaning my base boards and they were not that dirty with black marks . He stated they use corner shields and none were used at my home . I'm sure if they would have used them that would have prevented the corners to be damaged . My home is fairly new only 3 years old and he tried to tell me they were that beat up before hand . We sent him pictures of the damage and still denied everything . Terrible customer service never again !!!!

Wow! So professional, polite, and informative! They just finished 4 rooms of carpet cleaning and it looks great! Speedy estimate and scheduling. We highly recommend them and will use again.

New in town and found this place on yelp. Sent a message with some pics for a quote and got a response quickly. Very attentive and professional service. Set up the appointment and they were very punctual (which isn't common these days). Emilio and his wife were very informative and educated us on what was best to do in each room. Since carpet cleaning is new to us (we are used to tile) I appreciated the little details of what he recommends and why. We are prepping for baby #3 and will definitely call again. Thank you!
