I own a rental property in Las Vegas. I called and immediately got a respond from Pete. I got a roof leak. Pete and is team fix the roof.
I open a claim
Pete deal with the insurance. I only pay for the roof leak. The insurance pay for the water damage restoration.
Pete got ahead and remodel my shower. He did many upgrades to the house. Amazing guy. Amazing team. Very honest.

He is super responsive!

I texted him at 2 am in the morning because I freaked out over a roach on my kitchen countertop. I figured there is a hole somewhere in the kitchen it crawled out of.
He responded at 4 am. I didn't expect him to respond at all until waking hours but there he is texting back. Thank goodness because I couldn't sleep from the idea of bugs crawling out of weird locations.

He arrives at 9:30 am and patches up the hole- instant relief!

I highly recommend him!!

We reached out to Pete last night to repair our shower rod that was pulled down. He replied quickly & he was out here the next morning & repaired the shower rod & hung everything back up in less than 10 minutes. It looks good as new. Highly recommend!

He replaced the irrigation backflow preventer unit and did a great job. Great communication and reasonable price. I highly recommend this handyman!

Pete is great. My board required a number of documents before we could get started and Pete was responsive on all accounts. He quoted me a fair price and it ended up being cheaper than the quote which was a nice bonus. The finished product is beautiful. My home feels polished and I have yet to find an imperfection. Highly recommend.

Learning curve in Vegas has had challenges BUT, In one area, I have more than lucky... Finding Pete has not only made my life a whole lot better but it's the miticulous details that you get with this guy.

Pete has done a ton of stuff for us in a brand new house and like I said 'miticulous' as though he's doing it for himself.

Full disclosure: This guy deserves more than the limit of five stars and although he's always busy, he's realistic of when he can get too you and trust me, it's worth it if you need to wait...

Pete and his team were awesome. They did an exceptional job getting our kitchen back to working order after a leak ruined our cabinets. After having two other companies come and give us quotes, we went with CALL 4 HANDYMAN Restoration since they worked with us on what we needed done instead of up charging us for everything under the sun.

I can recommend them enough if you have water damage/mold. Don't bother looking elsewhere.

So constantly managing our properties to keep up to standard.
We contact Pete about some roof repair.. quick service. Very fair price. Very honest. This guy have many Clients... if he don't answer , just text him , this guy is really busy. I believe if a company have lots of work so maybe they doing something good. Pete will definitely replace / fix / install almost anything. Family owned company that do it all

Great experience with this handyman. He was able to come over in a few days and showed up on time and was fast and professional.

Do not use this company! promised me a time 3X in one day.

As i awaited and adjusted my schedule, he could not even remember my name when i called back to see if they were coming or not . . . .

Only to top it off with , I'm sorry sir but i am running between jobs - - - why is this my problem ?
