I couldn't believe my luck when Robert arrived in just 10 minutes! Not only did he swiftly unlock my car without a scratch, but he also had me in stitches with his hilarious banter. Excellent service. Came quickly, had to get a new part, went to the hardware store and purchased it, came back and replaced the lock on our mailbox. Excellent work, very thorough. Highly recommended

Hard to find a business less professional and more dubious than Cantrell Locksmith
It started poorly with a complete lack of interest in Covid protocols and the need to pry visit fees and information out of him.
Despite having access to the other side of the problem door and having already removed the knobs and plates, after a 15 second twist of a wrench, without agreement about charges we were told to pay $150 for a "locked out" fee.
The lowlight of this increasingly insulting encounter went like this.
Him "I usually don't work on Sunday's"
Us "Today is Thursday"
Him "Did you think I thought today was Sunday? You know what they say about assume? It makes.....
Who starts a conversation with the phrase "I don't work on Sundays" if no one asked you about your work schedule?
I'm leaving out at least 3 other examples of horrifyingly bad service but implore you not to experience your own.Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 1Business owner information

thanks for all the fake reviews. may God bless you. I work sundays. so your review is completely fake fake. you need to upload proof that you were a customer. otherwise it was he said / she said. fake review, i work sundays, not sure who you talked to but it definitely wasn't me, try getting the correct business info before you go writing dimwitted false 100% yelp has a poor filter system to ban fake reviwers. slanderous comments to cause financial infliction of libel. May God bless your worthless miserable existence.

Rob came to my rescue again!!! I lost my keys at work and needed to get into my home. He was at my house in 15 minutes and opened my house in leas than 60 seconds. He's definitely a life saver and is the best. Thank You Bro!!!!

Awful. Scammer. Do not use. has no idea what he is doing. Not a trained locksmith. Took everything apart and put back incorrectly.

do u have a reciept from my company? nope! i dont do stuff like that. people that know me , know that i do great work. and a loser like you would cowardly write something fake for money from an advertising company or opposing locksmith company. nice try. if you cant prove it. true scammer is YOU. AND YELP FOR ALLOWING THIS fake review. scammer? lol you were never a customer. nor do you have a reciept posted with your review so who is the real scammer? your fake competitor review? or yelp for allowing younto game tge system to please other local locksmiths and deter potential prospects without merit? if you are going to write unmerited falsehoods then at least make it believeable or provide a fake reciept of some sort lol jeez!

Excellent service, reasonable prices! Highly recommend. He turned the left key into the right. Toyota wanted to charge me $410! He prices were literally cut in half! Thank you! Would go to him again.

Instead of contacting me directly he posted a response calling me out of my name several times. In addition, he threatened to take me to collections when I haven't even been presented with a bill nor was the job ever completed. Beware folks!

lol thrifty and hefty this woman made me drive from vallejo to fairfield to tell me that she hired someone cheaper, if this isn't shrewd business tactics hope you delete this, karma is real. what an old review, can one person hold a grudge this long without getting a disease ? lol delete the review for good karma. trust me. you will thank me later ;)
Feb 3, 2016Previous reviewIf I could give negative stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning. The technicians were on time but took an hour and a half to change two locks. When the job was completed I noticed one of the locks had been installed upside down. After he corrected the problem, he then handed me a bill for $322. This was not a last minute appointment. I scheduled it on Monday. When I questioned the fee, he asked me how much I was willing to pay. I was feeling uneasy at this point and suggested we call the Police Department to settle the issue. He then offered to re-install my original locks. He took the new key, walked out the front door and left it open. I waited for him to return. After several minutes I looked outside and the truck was gone. I called the number he left in an email and the number listed on this website. I was not able to reach anyone. He was the only one with a key to the house I own. No attempt was made on his part to correct the problem so I called Fairfield Lock & Safe. A technician arrived and replaced the locks within 25 minutes for $169.
