I'm sure this salon is nice, but one of the male hairstylists seems to give opinions on people who are waiting for people who are leaving parking spots and pulling into it.

While I was waiting for people to leave their spot so I could parallel park and run in to grab an order, a male stylist made it a point to tell me I was "parked in the middle of the street". He continued to argue with me about the fact I was just sitting in the middle of the road when I explained that I was waiting for a couple who had just gotten into their car to pull out of the spot so I can pull in.

I probably would have gotten a service done here since it looks like a nice salon and close to my apartment (I live in the complex), but if that's how they want to treat someone who is just literally waiting for a spot and minding their business, I don't want to know how they treat their actual customers.

UPDATE: 01/06/24 - it's been 2 weeks and Capelli has not reached out to resolved or remedy this incident.

Beyond mortified. Had an appointment for me and my daughter on 12/20/23 with new talent stylist Jonathan and Jazmine. Checked in 10 minutes prior to our appointment.

I was told by Jonathan that there was a "mixup"in scheduling and that Jazmine could not take my daughter's appointment because Jazmine was in the middle of a color treatment. However, Jonathan said that he will be able to accommodate both of us.

I paid $75 each for both of us to have a cut and style. At the end of the appointment, I inspected my daughter's hair and noticed it uneven at the ends. Jonathan tried to fix it before we left. My hair as well was uneven and the layers were thick and choppy (not blended in).

To say we are unhappy with the service we received is an understatement. We had to go to a different salon and pay extra to have both our haircuts fixed.

I reached out to Capelli via private review to express my disappointment and their response was "Jazmine got sick and was throwing up and was sent home. We did not want a sick stylist working on the floor." This was completely contradictory to what Jonathan had told us when we checked in 10 minutes prior to our appointment.

With any situation, I think it was handled poorly. Whether there was truly a "mixup" in scheduling or not being notified ahead of time that our stylist was sent home "sick"

Carleen is my go to girl & I'm happy I get to see her at Capelli! She's been doing my extensions for years & people can't even tell that I have them. I also pick up my Oribe hair products here because then I don't have to make multiple trips.

First time at Capelli and I got my hair done by Brian. It was a great experience. I'm obsessed with my hair. I got weft/hand tied hair extensions and it looks soo natural. My hair is actually very short. I already got a few complaints on my hair. I feel so confident. I would definitely recommend Brain to anyone who needs their hair done.

My hairstylist, Carleen, is amazing and the best! Always making my hair amazing and looking fabulous. Totally love the style of the salon but the wall of clouds definitely does not go with the style of it being industrial, I would definitely make it a concrete or lime wash wall.

Love this salon! I only came over bc my amazing stylist Brian is now here- and I'm so glad! He's awesome and so is the salon. It took me years to find a great colorist in summerlin. Highly recommend him!

This was my first time at Capelli Salon. Teagan styled my hair and I'll definitely be back! She is truly gifted with what she does. The salon itself is gorgeous, with all top-of-the-line products for sale (Kerastase and Oribe). Highly recommended! *****

I loved my cut by Carleen!! I usually get a trim and although it seems simple, I never can find a stylist to get it the right way and frame my face well. I'm so happy I found Carleen on Instagram. She went above and beyond for a even just a trim. I hope she never leaves. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for 9am. Drove 45 minutes just to get here and they telling me they can't take me in.
