This is the best pest-control company I've ever used, whenever you call them they respond. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and always have a smile. They're always willing to do whatever they can to take care of your needs. Great company.

communication between the office and myself was poor. .First after making an appointment we received an old report that shouldn't have been sent. Then we received a contract and request for credit card prior to service. have ever paid for service prior and don't intend to . Tehn received a message the day before asking if we could change time . We had no time to respond and fortunately someone could be home. when they came at the new time .
so: very happy with technician both in attitude and attention to detail
very unhappy with communication with office and request for payment in advance.

probably won't use them again after warranty period unless they clean up their office ....

Very sad service, Clearly there are significant communication issues between the back office and service techs. We received visits even though we got email acknowledgment of cancelation, they missed that they promised to call to reschedule a service date due to rain and charged me for work never performed, though they did issue a credit that day. They never sent a contract for some work performed and failed to sufficiently inform us that we had to leave the house during an inside treatment.

There were just too many drops, miscommunication and lack of vital information for us to feel comfortable using their services. The techs who came out were fine and Melany on the phone is great.
I cannot recommend their service.

I highly recommend this company. I have used CVPC multiple times to combat my spider issue. Javier is very professional and takes his time to explain and educate about the issues. I've seen great improvement, I recommend getting a regular servicing if you're dealing with overwhelming amount of spiders.

Eddie was out to do a repair at our house. He did a terrific job. Looks great, and was very efficient!

The team is great. Zach came and checked our house and gave us a great written estimate for some major deck and house wood rot and termite damage repairs. It was a very good price compared to the 2 other companies we tried. A team of 3 trucks with about 4-5 guys came on schedule and completed the work in 4 days. The Forman Lee and his team did amazing work. When done Lee walked me around and showed all of the repairs and even did several extra things not on the estimate but he said 'we were here and wanted to do it right'. Amazing. I'm so glad we used a great reputable company with very good prices. Fumigation is next and our house will be good for the next 100 years!

I have been very satisfied with Carmel valley pest controls help in getting rid of several ant infestations at both my business and personal residence. Joe has been my service technician and he has always been very prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always taken of the issue in one visit and has come back for a check up if I need it. Sabrina in the office is very cheery and a joy to chat with. She was very helpful in getting my appointments scheduled asap. Overall I have been very satisfied with my experience and would recommend them.

We discovered a small pile of termites dropping and you can imagine how we felt. I started going on a pest control company hunt on Yelp. Called several places and CVPC was able to quickly schedule an inspection. From Ms. Beth to Inspector Lee Edgerton, we had great experience and zero complaint. The inspector Edgerton showed up on time, he identified the area that was infected right away and explained to us what he would treat the issue and how it works. In the end, we had him did the treatment on the spot.

If you ever discover termite problem, give them a call and they will take excellent care of you.
