Carolina Storm Roofing

Update - response to owner response. There are many false hoods written in their response, but what is expected from a company that doesn't honor their agreements?

With regard to stating I asked for many different high end shingles this is untrue. At beginning of the project I suggested two I liked, but immediately the company stated these were on back order and so THEY RECOMMENDED a product which we moved on. They never provided multiple quotes on shingles. There were never any changes or any back and forth. In the attached photos you can see why they said they cancelled - because it was going to cost them more in labor than they thought. So depending on whether you believe anything they say since they love to tell tales in their responses, they don't know what it takes to do a job. Also appears they don't have their own dedicated crews and just sub your work out while taking a cut of the profits.

The company offered upgrades such as copper valleys, which I simply accepted. Again never any changes or back-and-forth this was all written into the original quote and the original agreement. The agreement, all prices and options were absolutely finalized. I have attached a copy of the signed agreement.

It's untrue that they cancelled due to my response and/or reviews. According to them I wrote a bad review about them cancelling a contract, so they cancelled the contract? Do they have a time travel machine?

The company also never made any offers to "see what they could do" to remedy the situation, other than me paying more or having me accept a cheaper product. I've attached the email exchange. Funny that I ask them to honor their agreements and their response is to accuse me even then of being "angry" for asking them to do what they signed up for.

Evidently they cannot accept responsibility for anything they do or cause.

I hope these continued falsehoods show potential new customers what they would be dealing with if they went with this company!!

I had searched for someone to replace our hail and several storms damaged roof.

As a single woman, it is always hard to find a honest and reliable business that doesn't take advantage of you. Carolina Storm roofing fixed the roof on my house and I cannot say enough good things about them! The roof looked so wonderful that I ended up selling my house and making a huge profit! I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for the outstanding work they did!
