Rude and dismissive-- also called me a 'creep' when inquiring about the services he offered as he stated something was 'illegal' and that's why he wouldn't provide the service. Concerned about the legality of the situation I called back and he stated he make seven figures and was irate in bragging about how he owes us nothing. 0/10 would not recommend- I've worked in customer service all my life and never seen or heard anyone talk to a customer the way Darion Castleberry did. Poor excuse of a business.

Run like the wind. Guy came out to do a job, gave me a high quote and when i told him that he would have to knock the price down from $400 for a small section he was incredibly rude.

Mr.Tod.s ok, you left a very misinformed review. You neglected to tell the public that you had a sick dog that was over 100 pounds that sprayed feces and vomit all over your high rise apartment. Now my yelp profile consists of heavily soiled to trashed pet conditions. This is the reason you dialed me in the beginning. These are the worst trashed conditions in restoration cleaning. You needed a pet stain odor removal restoration process and then a carpet cleaning. If you were able to get these 2 technical conditions restored for $150.00 which is unheard of in professional cleaning being that enzymes can cost anywhere from $100.00 up to $175.00 a gallon. Not to mention that you were past the 7th floor in a high rise building which normally cost about $75.00 up to $100.00 for truck set up because of the amount of powerful restoration gear it takes to clean a high rise apartment you received a incredibly great deal & you have no reason to be bitter with me. Now that the public know the conditions you attempted to negotiate with me. Any pet owner with good common sense knows that I tried to help you. Because pet restoration bio clean up goes for 50 to $75.00 a extraction claw that is a device used to pull protein based stains from pad up through the carpeting for extraction. Or $3.00 a square foot to remove trashed protein based conditions. Google minimum charges for pet damage restoration cleanups, and you won't find anyone doing it for prices you paid or the favor I attempted to do for you. You can't allow a dog to trash your carpet then do hard nose negotiations with a certified cleaner that already offered you a below the radar deal. Now you told that you was a agent for professional basket ball players, and also I heard you take a call or 2. You should be above this review. The reason I have pictures of restored pet stain odor conditions is because I charged a professional rate and my clients paid the rate. I am a certified cleaner that makes a honest living. Remove this please.
Dec 6, 2017Previous reviewRun like the wind. Guy came out to do a job, gave me a high quote and when i told him that he would have to knock the price down from $400 to $300 (which is still ridiculously high but I had a showing in the morning so I was desperate) for a small section he was incredibly rude and an utter waste of my time.
I then called another company who came right out and charged me $150.
I saw the owners reply and it tells you everything you need to know. What I do for a living has zero to do with the job, fact is he probably thought i made good money and tried to charge me more, who knows.
My loft was in the 4th floor (which was stated on the initial call and he replied it was no problem), the business owner knew EXACTLY why I called and the issues my dog had from being sick and I got the same job done for $150.
Not to mention how rude he was at the end storming away when I offered him $300 instead of $400.
My review stands and is 100% accurate. - Tomeka W.Nashville, TN1291Apr 24, 2016First to Review
Very unprofessional. "I asked for a quote, his reply: A certified cleaner can't quote prices for a service on conditions that have not been seen. We are restricted from quote prices on work that we have not seen."This was fine, but the first thing you say when you arrive "I like how you left me room to work". Then he said asking for a quote over the phone was unprofessional. So he left. DO NOT EVER CALL THIS BUSINESS!

Tomeka W. I had to decline you service because you were still at a disposition from me refusing to lock into a price over the phone. I came out on a Sunday, and I even waived the estimate charge to attempt to give clean the carpets for your grandmother. We spoke outside, and I never made it through the entrance. As a certified cleaner we are trained to leave asap if we are disrespected by clients or potential clients.
