Celona

I don't normally go to Northwood except for Thai food. I read about Celona and had to give it a try. Well I'm glad I did. One of the owners was our server and it was really very good. Unfortunately it was not crowded but fortunate for us as it was very intimate feeling. My wife and I shared a couple small plates. We had the shrimp pil pil and the Tortilla de patatas. I loved them the only issue was no bread for the garlic sauce in the shrimp. My wife has a cup of gazpachos and I had the seafood paella which was small but very good. They have the largest selection of gin i have seen. We tried a few Gin cocktails which were very interesting. Great place look forward to coming back.

We have been waiting for this new location for a while. The tapas options are good. They always know that we're want to drink & serve us immediately. And the interior decor is really cool. I highly recommend all 3 locations. You won't be disappointed.

Came in last night and it was dead no one there. But that's ok, cause the mixologist was amazing and the owner was great. Was nice chatting with them. Such a cute vibe and great drink. Thanks for serving us and we will be back for food next time too! We love Northwood area!! Thanks again for serving us.

Delicious dinner. Great small plates and Paella. We started with this amazing Charcuterie board definitely one of the best. Ambience is very cozy and funky anchored by a beautiful bar area. Great service. Nice addition to the area. Finished with a delicious Churro with Dulce de leche and chocolate sauce for dipping definitely worth the calories.

The staff was great and the inside is cool with a pool table and foosball! The croquettes were amazing. The paella could have been cooked a little longer because the rice was still soggy. The drinks were okay.

Was excited to try this new spot. It was the "gin bar" that sucked me in. And I am so glad it did! The bartenders were wonderful and fixed me a couple of really nice gin cocktails. I ordered the Seafood Paella to eat and it was delicious. The bar is pretty and comfortable. There's a pool table. And regular restaurant seating. Very nice atmosphere.

New tapas place, hip vibe, on a super cute block in Northwood. Food and cocktails are all delicious, and with the serving size and price point, you can try everything on the menu without breaking the bank or bursting your waistline. Canadian Belgian owner is very friendly, explained the concept of the dishes, which is super helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Very neat gin bar. Foosball and pool. We enjoyed the drinks there but have not eaten there yet.

A new addiction to this upcoming hipster neighborhood. Cocktails are very good, and ambience slightly upscale compare to other locals spots. The food is Spanish inspired. DJ and good vibes, a local scene blinking to some adventurous form "the island".

Brand new tapas restaurant but the owners and chef are well established, owning two other restaurants within yards of Celona. Excellent, flavorful tapas made fresh. Gazpacho soup, seafood paella, croquettes and tomato rubbed bread were all excellent. We will return! Beautiful and welcoming bar area. Celona specializes in gin with many varieties. Had a Rioja region wine that was very good, as was dessert. Authentic Spanish flavors all around.
