run do not use

they bill your credit card without authorization. they have inexperienced individuals working on your system who don't know what they are doing. they change things on your system without authorization. i have used them for at least 15 years and will never use them again. they are not the company they used to be.

morine hung up on me twice when i was just trying to get copies on my invoices. still waiting.........

Just to add to my previous review. We discovered that CGreens put NO WEED BARRIER in the beds or around the tree. Our backyard landscaper put the barrier down in the beds and gave us barrier to redo around the tree.
They will also block you from FB if you are unhappy. WORST company we have ever used.

Cgreens installed a drainage system in my front yard. Reasonably priced, with great quality craftmanship. I was especially happy that they put my yard back as close as possible to the way it was. Can't vouch on anything but drainage, but would definitely hire them again to do any kind of landscaping.

As a side note they are very popular, so you might have to wait a month or two for them to come out if you are planning on a big project like mine. Communication was also kind of spotty, but ultimately was definitely worth the wait.

This is the second time I've called CGreens on a major lawn project. These guys are great! It was a pleasant experience in all facets and I highly recommend them.

CGreen installed an entire irrigation system in 1997 and we had an excellent experience. We called them back this week, after moving to a new house, and had them inspect the entire system, repair some line leaks and install bubblers in new planters. They were on time, economical and extremely nice. I highly recommend. Thank you CGreen!

A rep repaired damage on my sprinkler system ( I am a long time customer) due to the very cold weather and did an excellent job. However he reset the automatic timer in an attempt to show me how it can be programed and made a mistake on the day and times for it to go off. I called the office and have been told it will be over two weeks to correct this timer mistake which will not take over 10 minutes to resolve. Realize they are busy but I explained that since it was their mistake I should not have to wait and it really is a timer programming mistake. Result----no change in their position and will be over two weeks. Strongly recommend not just making an assumption it is correct (my mistake) but test it out when it is time for your watering day. Mistakes happen---but they should be prepared to fix them ASAP and it really will not take over 10 minutes for them to reprogram it

After I wrote a similar review on Facebook expressing my concerns that CGreen showed up at my house unannounced, they commented on my review in retaliation saying I was "confused," and posted the PERSONAL INFORMATION that I provided them in my original request for information, including my home address, personal email, phone number, and full name. Not only is this extremely unprofessional and immature but also unethical. They refused to remove the comment with my information so I was forced to delete my entire review so that my information wasn't on Facebook for the world to see.

Further, in their comment they claim I scheduled an appointment, but I would have never scheduled an appointment for a random Friday afternoon, and my original request doesn't even include a request for an on-site visit, just for more information. There was no way Robert could have "called on his way and reached the husband," because 1. he was never given my husband's number and 2. my husband says he never talked to anyone before answering the door. It's fine if there was a misunderstanding, but the fact that they then posted my personal information after I made a negative review took things way too far.

I wish to never again be contacted by a representative of CGreen or in any way be harassed by them further, on social media or otherwise.

I would not use this company at all. My husband and I wanted major landscaping work to our property. When I called to make an appointment I was told by the woman that Chuck would call and confirm that this time would work for him. I never heard back from anyone. Then 5 days later he shows up and said we had an appointment. I told him no we didn't but since he was there he could take all the info so that he would give me a quote.
Fast forward 8 days and no quote and no communication.
We have retained another company to do the work. You would think someone would want a 15k job, but evidently this company doesn't care whether it works or not.
I don't plan on begging someone by calling and asking "where is the quote". If this is how they handle the quote process, I certainly don't want to experience their work ethic once they have my money.

They sent a irrigation person and a landscape person. The irrigation guy did a great job, the review is for the landscape guy. After we explained what we wanted done, we never heard from him again...10 days ago. Should have used Home Advisors.

Worst company to ever deal with. Asked them to give us a quote. Quoted 1900 dollars to fix something Truegreen Sprinkler fixed for 225.00. Then tried to send a bill for giving us an estimate of work. Never use them.
