Come here if you'd like a rush job with a side of disrespect. I decided to try this place because it's close to my apartment. I went for a pedi $55 and a powder fullset (medium size) for $50 and was charged $127!!! No explanation why.

When the woman began working on my toes, she made a nasty comment to me saying my toes were "too much work". She said it twice. It was extremely disrespectful and I couldnt believe she said that! SORRY FOR BRINGING MONEY TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

A male client walked in and told them he was in a rush and needed a mani-pedi quickly. The front desk lady came to the woman doing my nails told her something and then she began to rush my nails. It feels like they value certain clients over others.

They also do not use new and enclosed tools.

I am never coming back here! Horrible experience.

I have been coming here for years. Tammy does an excellent job! I recommend making an appointment, but walk ins are also accepted.

My favorite nail place. Not pricey at all, good service, and appointments are always on time if not they always call you to let you know so you don't wait. Very good service!

Rude owner that is only worried about money and not the customer. The techs were ok and did my mani pedi good enough. Nothing special, but I will not return because customer service and appreciation are very important.

I came to this nail salon after work, as it is 3 min from my job. They had me waiting for 25 minutes just to tell me to "pick a color", and then wait an additional 20. I was only coming for Gel manicure. Now I did see some customers, but not enough to consider them busy that they couldn't attend me. Also a customer came in before me got attended before me, and they had NO APPOINTMENT!!! So your meaning to tell me that just as I didn't have an appointment so did the other customer. And they decided to attend them first. Yea.. I'm never coming here again. For this place to be on San Felipe St., this looks like a run down nail salon. I wish I would of took pictures of the inside... but if you step foot in here you'll understand what I mean by "run down". NEVER coming here again! Period.

Kim was fantastic!!!!!!!! Shaping is on point and she took her time to make sure they were all perfect. She told me she has been doing nails at Cha for over 6 years!

I was a little skeptical about getting Dip , since I had not so good experiences in other places! But Alice convinced me to do it , she had on Dip herself and it looked very nice and shiny like if she had done it that same day.. so I did it and I was so satisfied and happy that I listened to her definitely not going back to No Chip!!

Always a good experience here plus I love that you can book an appointment online. Last time I went I saw Kelly for my dip mani and moon for my pedi. They were both great and I really appreciate that Kelly took my vision and made it come to life. I've been wanting almond shape nails and have been growing my natural ones out to accomplish. Kelly did a great job and I love the neon pink color. Thank you!

Great service, reasonably priced, very clean, always friendly. My first time getting a dip mani, very excited. Looks beautiful. Also love the milk & honey pedi.

Dip nails with design for my first set here and it looks amazing! I made an appointment beforehand and requested Mary after reading through other reviews on here and she did a great job, the length and design is exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
