Still using Chad. Used him to sell our house. Sold immediately, for over-asking. Great dude. Great service. Knows his stuff and definitely knows North Port.

One of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Very polite, very friendly Nd uber knowledgable about his trade and location!

Even though buying a house lot isn't very profitable for realtors, Chad checked numerous ones for us, until we found our dream lot.

He is also a new buyer agent!

High recommendations!
