J David S.VA, VA01Dec 18, 2021First to ReviewThis is not a company that can be trusted. There is no warranty beyond 30 days. Their technicians dont know what they are doing. My install took 3 subsequent visits to get it working and then it worked poorly. When I called for it to be fixed they want to charge me a service fee and labour. Then a manager came on and said they are not in the Richmond market. Obviously a company that takes the money and does not deliver and takes no responsibility
