Anita is amazing! This was my first experience in selling a home and I don't believe I would have survived without Anita's guidance. I had to ask her more than once if every real estate agent offered the same services that she provides. I had her full attention leaving me to feel as if I were her only client. Her insight, constant preparation and anticipation of the next step in the process kept the wheels moving and allowed the deal to close with little to no delays. Looked into purchasing a home that they were listing and "WOW" what a couple of out of touch realtors. I don't think they have a clue as to real estate these days and are still stuck in the subprime days. Eventhough I had a full underwritten prequalification letter she wanted bank statements to see my assets? Now I understand why they don't have any reviews and are limited by their senior citizen market. Thanks to Chandler properties I was discouraged from buying the house which led me to find a larger home in the city that I wanted and closed escrow in 22 days. With so many realtors to choose from these days do yourself a favor and find one with more experience, customer service and a smile.
