I hired Mr. Ullman to represent me against my high conflict, abusive ex. Mr. Ullman said all the right things during our initial consultation, making me feel supported and that he would fight for my daughter and I. Once he had his retainer, however, his tune changed and he brushed off my ex's bad behavior and didn't follow through on the points he made during our consultation. His fees mounted quickly as you pay dearly for his time (he tends to ramble without giving advice which increases his billable time), then you pay again when you have to repeat it all to his assistant because Mr. Ullman and his assistant haven't discussed your case. I left his firm after 3 months and eventually found an attorney that cared and wasn't just in it for the paycheck and got a great outcome to my case.

Don't look any further for your divorce attorneys. These guys are the best. Graham Owen is always working for you making sure you get everything that is owed to you. And he turns over every rock and knocks on every door to make sure you're being treated fairly in the process. He's aggressive but will tell you early in the process that you're the "driver". He'll only push as much as you want him too. He follows up on every phone call and every email. You never have to wonder if he's working on your case because he always is and will keep you up to date on everything that is happening. They aren't cheap but if you want a good investment you'll want to spend your money up front for the best return later on down the road.
